According to an alert sent out by the DC Police Department, a shooting occurred last night in Southeast D.C. on the 4400 block of F Street. In the video, OG ManMan filmed at a rival's grave site. The rapper can also be seen pouring out a bottle of champagne while rapping about putting the rest of the rival crew members in the ground alongside the current grave site for an unspecified rival crew member who Man Man mentions in the song. Cops Seeking Second Shooter in Troy Ave Case

Police are now seeking an additional suspect believed to be involved in last week's shooting that took the life of 33-year-old Ronald McPhatter at T.I.'s concert in New York City. Roland Collins also known as Troy Ave was arraigned on Monday for charges of attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment in the melee that also resulted in the wounding of two others. According to sources close to the investigation, Collins was approached by an individual he is known to have been involved in an ongoing dispute with. A fight is reported to have broken out from the confrontation, and in the midst of the scuffle shots fired by the man are said to have struck Collins in the leg and McPhatter in the stomach. The men then started to wrestle over the weapon, allegedly leading to Collins taking its possession. Investigators continue to gather accounts to verify the information they have so far received, and to establish what exactly happened in the moments between. Victim Christopher Vison, 33, was reportedly not within distance of the green room shooting when he was hit by a stray bullet, and Maggie Heckstal 26, who was shot from close range, claims to have not seen who pulled the trigger. Collins has pled not-guilty and said through his lawyers that he was not responsible for the shot that hit him in the leg, nor the shot that killed McPhatter. Rappers T.I., Maino, and Uncle Murda, have all been cleared of any involvement in the incident. Heckstall's legal team announced plans to file suit against all responsible parties, starting with Irving Plaza owner, Live Nation.

'Shield' Actor Michael Jace Found Guilty of Murdering Wife in Front of Their Kids

53-year old actor Michael Jace was convicted by a Los Angeles jury of murder Tuesday May 31st for the May 2014 shooting death of his wife April Jace. Michael shot his wife three times in their home in front of their 2 young children. April was reportedly shot at such close range, death investigators found gunpowder where the bullets hit her legs. Jace told cops he only meant to shoot her in the leg because he was angry with her. Defense lawyer Jamon Hicks admitted that his client shot his wife once in the back and then twice in the legs but said Friday that his client simply "snapped" in the heat of passion; for that reason, they wanted the jury to convict him of voluntary manslaughter. "I don't know how you can shoot somebody three times and call it an accident," Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Tannaz Mokayef told jurors in closing arguments Friday. He also told the jury that their 10-year old son Nehemiah's testimony proved it was "premeditated." "Then my dad said, 'If you like running, run to heaven,' and then he shot her," the boy told the jury. Text messages and testimony during the trial revealed Jace was upset about his crumbling marriage and believed April was having an affair. In her emotional closing argument, Mokayef again showed the graphic photo of April's lifeless body on the floor of the couple's house after she was declared dead at the scene. The jury of six women and six men handed down their verdict after a weeklong trial that ended Friday. Jace was found guilty of second-degree murder, according to the Associated Press. Police Officer Acquitted in Freddie Gray Case

Baltimore officer Edward M. Nero was found not guilty of all charges in the arrest of Freddie Gray. Judge Barry G. Williams acquitted the officer of second-degree assault, two counts of misconduct and of reckless endangerment. According to The New York Times, Nero was not charged in Gray's death since he was noted on the scene in the early stages of Gray's arrest.

He explained: "Well, there is no chance that if I was there, we would have been on that plane. You know what I'm saying? So, it would have never happened that way. In a trailer released Sunday (April 17), we see Chris' rise to stardom to his horrific assault on Rihanna which made headlines worldwide. The 26-year-old singer got emotional speaking on the incident stating, "I went from being on top of the world, number one songs, being kind of like America's sweetheart, to being public enemy number one," Brown went on to speak about how he contemplated taking his own life after the incident. "I felt like a f**king monster. I was thinking about suicide and everything else. I wasn't sleeping, I barely ate. I just was getting high," Brown confesses in the trailer. Chris' mother, Joyce Hawkins is also shown in the trailer speaking on the aftermath of the assault, "That was the worst day of my life and probably his life, I felt like I was going to lose my child." Slick Rick Finally gets U.S Citizenship After Threat of Deportation

Hip-hop legend Slick Rick has finally been granted U.S citizenship. The United Kingdom rapper, born Rick Walters was sworn in as a U.S citizen during a ceremony on Friday (April 15) in New York. Slick Rick, came to the U.S at the age of 11 and has tried for many years to become a citizen despite having an attempted murder charge. The rapper who is known for his art of storytelling served five years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of attempted murder in 1991. Rick claimed self-defense in the shooting of his cousin Mark Plummer. Immigration officials kept a close eye on the rapper and attempted to deport him in 2001 after being detained in Florida, stating that having a felony record prevented him from residing in the U.S.

Michael Vick's Brother Arrested for Assaulting Police Officer

Michael Vick's younger brother Marcus Vick is currently being held in Newport News City Jail. According to the Richmond Times Dispatch, Vick was arrested on Monday after assaulting a police officer. The incident occurred at around 3:30pm when an officer was attempting to arrest Vick for an outstanding warrant for contempt of court in Montgomery County, Va. Court documents says that Vick, pushed the officer and fled after the officer attempted to arrest him inside a business, damaging a door on his way out. He is being charged with one count each of resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, destruction of property and felony assault on a law enforcement officer.

Dr. Dre Accused of Hiring Hit Men to Murder Suge Knight

A lawyer representing Marion Hugh "Suge" Knight, Jr. filed court documents on Monday (April 4th) alleging that legendary producer, Andre "Dr. Dre" Young, worked in cahoots with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in effort to murder Knight. The incident occurred in 2014 when Knight was shot 7 times while attending an after party for the Video Music Awards in Los Angeles nightclub 1OAK. Knight's attorney, Thaddeus Culpepper, claims a sheriff's deputy purposely let the shooter inside the Hollywood hot spot where Suge was injured. According to court documents, Culpepper, says his claims are solidified by two videos: a club surveillance video showing Deputy Henry Boyd opening the door for the gunman and video footage of the deputy helping the gunman flee the county at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The shooter also made a confession implicating Young for allegedly paying him and an accomplice a $50K fee to carry out the attempted murder. Knight is currently being held in a Los Angeles area jail on attempted murder and murder charges. Neither, Young nor The Los Angeles Sheriff's department have commented on the allegations so far.

G-Unit rapper Young Buck could be headed back to jail for allegedly violating the terms of his probation. According to documents reported on by TheJasmineBrand.com, prosecutors want to throw the rapper back in jail after he threatened his baby momma fiance and for failing a drug test . Prosecutors claim Young Buck and another man got into a heated text exchange, after the man accused him of being a deadbeat dad and demanded he pay his back child support owed to one of his daughters. During the text message exchange Young Buck threatened to slap and beat up the man asking his where he was at. Buck's P.O. got wind of the exchange, he contacted the victim, who confirmed the text and said he was in fear for his life after the threats of violence, because he believes the rap star associates with a gang. The man told the P.O. that he's in the process of getting a restraining order against Young Buck. Prosecutors also filed a claim against Buck on March 18th saying he failed another drug test. This could land him in jail for 14 months. We will keep you updated as information becomes available to us.

Katt Williams Accused Of Torturing Woman In His Bathroom

I know everyone is wondering the same thing what the hell is wrong with Katt Williams, I know I am smh. Earlier this month, Katt was accused of holding five women at gunpoint and stealing their phones, arrested for allegedly attacking his own bodyguard, and back in February he was arrested for punching a store clerk in Gainseville, Georgia. Not to mention, he was jumped on stage following a bizarre sequence of events during a Beanie Sigel show in Philadelphia. Now the comedian is being accused of torturing and imprisoning a female. A woman named Jamila Majesty filed a lawsuit Thursday in Los Angeles, alleging that Katt Williams imprisoned her in his bathroom, and tortured her in a beating that lasted three hours. The suit also claims Williams was joined by several other "female companions/housemates" that punched and beat her; Williams was apparently upset that Majesty had used his bathroom, according to a report from The Wrap. Ya'll can go ahead and say it "What the hell is Katt Williams thinking" LMAO but seriously I would like to know what be going on in his head when he have these lil outburst. The lawsuit states that Majesty suffered "broken ribs, split tendons, scarring to her face and other extreme and emotional damage." Williams also allegedly burned her in the face with a lit cigarette during his attack. So far Williams has not responded to these claims.
