Make Peace with Your Past so it does not spoil your present. Your past does not define your future - you actions and beliefs do.2. What others think of you is none of your business. It is how much you value yourself and how important you think you are.
3. Time heals almost everything give time, time. Pain will be less hurting. Scars make us who we are, they explain our life and who we are, they challenge us and force us to be strong.4. No one is the reason for your own happiness, except you yourself. Waste no time and effort searching for peace and contentment and joy in the world outside.5. Don't compare your life with others' you have no idea what their journey is about. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's, we would grab ours back as fast as we could.6. Stop thinking too much it's all right not to know all the answers. Sometimes there is no answer, not going to be any answer, never has been an answer. That's the answer! Just accept it, move on. Next!7. Smile you don't own all the problems in the world. A smile can brighten the darkest day and make life more beautiful. It is a potential curve to turn a life around and set everything straight. I have used the birth of my son to scapegoat the fact that I gained 75 pounds during the course of my wife's pregnancy. Now let me preface this article by explaining that I was at one point a lean mean fitness machine. Now I'm more of a big sloppy sack of sand.
I heard something on the radio show The Nightly Spirit with Darlene McCoy; that really spoke to my spirit. She said [paraphrasing] "Sometimes your insecurities can inspire someone else who maybe able to relate to your situation. When they hear your story and see how your test became your testimony, they will become inspired and empowered. I've lamented the loss of the slimmer, sexier me. After surmounting the 7th stage of grief la Elisabeth K bler-Ross "On Death and Dying"; I admitted that I was my own saboteur. I conceded within my consciousness that if I invested as much into my physical health and well-being Ken Brown would have to be the one to to cultivate this seed into fruition. Since we're all family here, I'm cool with being transparent with my fitness transformation. This revolution will be televised--well more like radioised KB 57479motivation,inspiration,education,affirmation,greatness,ken,brownblogs/3-2016/57479-kenbrownshow-motivati-s.jpgThe history of the man who changed HIStoryhttp://www.blackvibes.com/features/blogs/kenbrownshow-motivation-inspiration-education-855473/features/blogs/kenbrownshow-motivation-inspiration-education-855473/Posted by kenbrownshow0http://www.blackvibes.com/features/blogs/kenbrownshow-motivation-inspiration-education-855473/#commentsThu, 3 Mar 2016 18:48 GMTIt takes an indomitable spirit to conquer abuse, abandonment, incarceration, homelessness, and depression. One teacher even called Ken "stupid" after he failed the 5th grade and again in the 6th grade.
