https://www.blackvibes.com/djdmatic/Derek Camper aka DJ D-Matic was born and raised in Jackson, MS. He started his DJ career summer of 2010 managed by Streets on Swoll Promo & Consulting, LLC. His passion for music came from years of playing in the band. His got his first big break during college edition spring break in Panama City Beach, FL to which he was a featured DJ there in 2010, 2011, & 2012. He has also DJ'd in numerous cities such as Dallas, Memphis, and Atlanta just to name a few. He is currently a house DJ at the biggest night club in the state of Mississippi "Freelons The Big Club". D-Matic is also a tour DJ with Lifetime's hit television show "Bring It". He previously was a mixshow DJ for 97.7 WRBJ (Jackson, MS). DJ D-Matic was recently inducted into the largest DJ coalition and organization, the Core DJ's in November of 2014 and is a member of Black Dolla Entertainment. D-Matic was a featured DJ in ModelMania Magazine. His love and passion for music and craft is never ending. Currently he is now a mixshow DJ for 66Raw Radio and Power102 JAMZ.
