The "Bartier Cardi" artist, 25, disputed claims from the public that she would not be able to maintain her career as a mom. Cardi B stated that she's old enough to have a baby and questioned why people think she can't have both a career and family life. There's no telling what caused the couple to split as of yet, but Rye said in a published statement, "We have and will always be friends. In 2014, the Power actor and producer, whose government name is Curtis James Jackson III, accepted the cryptocurrency when he released his album, "Animal Ambition." Mo'Nique wants Netflix boycotted for gender and racial bias

Comedienne and actress Mo'Nique is calling for a boycott of Netflix, citing gender and racial bias after she was recently offered a low amount to perform a comedy special. The $500,000 pay was questioned after she received word about the sophmore comic Amy Schumer, who renegotiated a higher Netflex contract by comparing herself to the likes of Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle who got at least $20 million to perform. Schumer's original offer of $11 million was increased to $13 million. PBS Announces "Illmatic" Concert Special With Nas & National Symphony Orchestra

Nas' debut album, Illmatic, has become a bona fide Hip Hop classic since its 1994 release. Now, a new PBS special will revisit its 20-year anniversary performance where Nas teamed up with the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. in 2014. PBS will broadcast the special event on February 2 as part of its Great Performances series. Titled Nas Live From the Kennedy Center: Classical Hip-Hop, the Mass Appeal production is directed by Jason Goldwatch, and executive produced by Nas, Anthony Saleh and Peter BittenbenderThroughout the set, expect the Queens Hip Hop icon to perform songs like "N.Y. State of Mind," "The World is Yours," "Memory Lane (Sittin' In Da Park)" and "It Ain't Hard to Tell." As more than 100 patients pursue a lawsuit against an alleged fake OB GYN doctor at Prince George's Hospital, in Maryland, there's an uncanny similarity between that case and another in which patients also encountered a doctor holding unsuspecting casting calls for a rendition of "The Vagina Monologues." After using false identities for decades, federal authorities nabbed a man who obtained a fake Social Security number for his medical license to practice obstetrics and gynecology in Maryland, according to The Root at https://www.theroot.com/pg-county-hospital-being-sued-after-obgyn-found-to-be-l-1821710288, citing a Washington Post report published on Jan. 1. The Washington Post reported that the man known as "Dr. Akoda" was really Oluwafemi Charles Igberase whose history included using stolen Social Security numbers to further his medical career, obtaining professional certifications for about 25 years until he was removed from the hospital. The impostor doctor was indicted by federal authorities and plead guilty in November of 2016 to fraud charges including using four different Social Security numbers under three separate names to apply for medical certifications, federal education loans for his children and his license to practice medicine, the report stated. Not only did Igberase reportedly forge or alter his medical diploma, transcripts and letters of recommendation, but he also had a false passport, visa, birth certificate and immigration documents. In a prepared statement, the PG County hospital noted that "several highly reliable agencies validated his credentials including the states in which he held medical licenses." The hospital's attorneys maintain that despite the fake name used, the man who practiced medicine was licensed to perform in the state of Maryland. Years ago, another Maryland doctor, Nikita A. Levy, 54, who practiced at Johns Hopkins, was also fired as a gynecologist for illegally taking pictures of patients' private areas for personal purposes, as reported by The Washington Post at https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/johns-hopkins-doctor-found-dead-amid-claims-he-secretly-taped-patients/2013/02/19/10dd022a-7aa0-11e2-a044-676856536b40_story.html?utm_term=.04701c059fc4. While investigations were underway about him photographing and videotaping patients, Levy was said to have committed suicide on Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at his Towson, Md. home where Baltimore County police responded. In less than a five-year span, two OB GYN doctors at two different Maryland hospitals betrayed the trust of their patients, leaving the hospitals responsible for providing answers to those affected.

The court punished her with a five-year probation last May when she plead guilty to multiple charges, plus two-counts of grand theft; in addition to a curfew that required her parent accompany her after 5 p.m. Since she's pursuing a rap career, her lawyers asked a judge to modify her curfew to allow her management team to be considered as her guardian instead.

Uh oh, Tavis Smiley joins the growing list of celebrities accused of sexual harassment. After an independent law firm interviewed the victims, there was enough information to halt the show. The veteran talk show host Smiley is known for covering current topics including politics. He even earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Kelly recently posted a video showing all the damage and thanked the police in their efforts to assist him during that time.

Last week, ATL veteran Jeezy sent shockwaves throughout the internet when he revealed the tracklist to his forthcoming Pressure album, and fans saw that Kendrick Lamar & J. Cole were both going to be featured on track #12 together called "American Dream." While the project is set to officially arrive this Friday, December 15th, Jeezy decided to host a listening party Monday night in NYC and give those who were lucky enough to be in attendance an early listen of his 7th studio album.
