Back in his hometown, CelebLarry performed in several musical theatre productions, dance and vocal groups. After his early years, CelebLarry went onto receive his Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance at Alcorn State University where he sang in the Alcorn State Concert Choir and in the school's talent competitions. After graduating, he moved to Texas where he discovered more music opportunities to advance his career such as recording, vocal coaching and vocal producing. CelebLarry went on to release his first original single on all digital platforms called "Worth It" in March of 2017.
