The Communication Office of the Municipality of Port-de-Paix presents the official list of musical groups participating in the 2021 National Carnival which takes place this year in Port-de-Paix on February 14, 15 and 16, 2021 around the theme "Ann Kole Zepòl pou Ayiti Dekole".
