The politician stands accused of inciting the Jan. 6 attack on Washington after losing the election to current President Joe Biden, authorizing and lying about giving hush money to adult film star Stormy Daniels, trying to overturn the results of the 2020 Georgia election results, as well as illegally keeping classified documents after leaving the White House in 2021. His charges include one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice, one count of withholding a document or record, one count of corruptly concealing a document or record, and one count of concealing a document in a federal investigation. Taylor Swift The alleged Kim Kardashian diss record was released earlier today (April 19th) on Taylor Swift's latest studio album The Tortured Poets Department. Social media users believe the singer was addressing her longstanding issue with the SKIMS founder, which stems from the time Kim Kardashian released audio footage contradicting Taylor Swift's public disapproval of Kanye West's "Famous". Swift later accused Kardashian of strategically editing the phone call clip in order cast her in a negative light. The most obvious being the title, where the musician purposefully capitalizes the K in "thanK you" and the IM in "aIMee" to spell out KIM. Swift also made a nod to the name change during the song, singing the lyrics: "I don't think you've changed much / And so I changed your name, and any real defining clues / And one day, your kid comes home singin' / A song that only us two is gonna know is about you." The song also acknowledges, however, that it's likely the pop powerhouse would never have reached the heights she has if it wasn't for her face-off with the aIMee character. If you recall, Swift spoke about these very themes during an interview a few months ago where she discussed the infamous 2016 feud with Kardashian and her then husband Kanye West.

The singer spoke candidly about the mental toll that situation took on her, but also admitted that getting through it helped build a solid foundation for her artistry. However, Swift made it clear on the new song that despite the impact of the ordeal, she won't be forgiving aIMee anytime soon. She went on to sing the lyrics: "All that time you were throwing punches, I was buildin' somethin' / And I can't forgive the way you made me feel / Screamed 'F**k you, Aimee' to the night sky, as the blood was gushing / But I can't forget the way you made me heal."

Montana Fishburne, 32, received 24 months of probation after pleading no contest to the felony earlier this month. She first pleaded not guilty. Montana Fishburne also has to complete a 13-week anger management program, according to Us Weekly. Her attorney Michael Grieco said of her plea, "There is no admission of guilt and no conviction and the case will be sealed and put in the rearview. And young Ms. Fishburne will be able to move on with her life." On the day of her arrest in January 2022, Montana called the police claiming that a former boyfriend was stalking and threatening her. Once cops got there, Montana was allegedly the only person present.
Montana Fishburne She's accused of standing on the sidewalk while screaming at police "that no one helped her." She allegedly walked toward officers as they told her "multiple times to back up." She then allegedly smacked an officer on his head which led to him experiencing swelling and redness on his ear. This isn't the first time Montana has had legal woes. Back in 2017, she was taken into custody for a DUI and three misdemeanors, however, she posted $2,500 bond a day later. Specifically, the entrepreneur wrote that anything discussing the ex-couples divorce, prenup, filming at their home, as well as storylines for the coming seasons be submitted as evidence, including: "any and all photographs, videos, recordings, tapings, footage, or filming of the property since February 22, 2024, to now."
At this time Guobadia's exact intentions for the request remain unclear. However, the exes have notably been fighting over the right to stay in the marital property Guobadia purchased before their 2022 nuptials. Kanye West, Bianca Censori Kanye West Allegedly Facing Battery Charge For Punching Man Who Sexually Assaulted His Wife Bianca Censori Fans of rap star Kanye West are coming to his defense amid reports that he's facing battery charges. Social media users have been sharing their approval of the musician's actions after it was reported that he allegedly punched a man for sexually harassing his wife Bianca Censori.
Kanye West, Bianca Censori Reports that Kanye West was named as a suspect in an open battery investigation began surfacing yesterday (Wednesday, April 17th). According to reports, a man filed the complaint against the "Donda" artist late Tuesday evening, alleging that Kanye West struck him in the face. However, it was also reported that the victim allegedly pushed or grabbed the musician's wife, Bianca Censori.
Bianca Censori West's Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulos has since commented on the matter, claiming that Bianca Censori was sexually assaulted. He wrote in a statement: "A stranger grabbed Bianca' is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted...The assailant didn't merely collide into her.
