KESHA RE-UPS DIDDY-DISSING 'TIK TOK' LYRIC CHANGE AT WEHO PRIDE

Kesha isn't quite done letting the world know how she feels about Diddy as more allegations of sexual assault, harassment and misconduct against the mogul continue to surface.
On Friday (May 31), the 37-year-old took the stage at WeHo Pride in Los Angeles, California. During the performance, she inevitably sang her breakthrough hit "Tik Tok," which opens with the line: "Wake up in the morning, feeling like P. Diddy."

Much like she did during her cameo at Rene Rapp's Coachella set earlier this year, the pop singer amended the aforementioned line to "Wake up in the morning like, fuck P. Diddy" as she and her backup dancers all threw up their middle fingers to a roaring crowd.

Check out the video below:

A few years after the release of "Tik Tok," Kesha's career as an artist was put on the back burner as she entered a lengthy legal dispute with famed producer Dr. Luke over allegations of him physically, sexually and emotionally assaulting her, among other things.

After nearly a decade, the lawsuit was settled out of court last year.

The altered "Tik Tok" lyric was presumably in response to the multiple lawsuits filed against Diddy for similar reasons over the past few months.

Following a six-month investigation by Rolling Stone that was published earlier this week, the businessman is facing even more allegations of violence and sexual harassment.

The story, compiled using interviews with more than 50 people connected to Diddy throughout his career, details how his alleged abusive behavior began during his time as a student at Howard University in the late 1980s.

The article describes an incident wherein he allegedly used a belt to strike a woman repeatedly, with an unnamed source saying: "[Puff] whupped her butt - like really whupped her butt."

The report also alleges that the New York City native once beat up late Def Jam executive Shakir Stewart for dating Diddy's ex-girlfriend Kim Porter.

The incident allegedly took place in 2000 at LA Reid's wedding in Italy, where sources describe Puffy breaking a chair over his head and leaving him bleeding on a hotel floor. Stewart later committed suicide in 2008, while Porter (who shares three children with Puff) died of pneumonia in 2018.

The 54-year-old has also been accused of attacking a woman in Bad Boy's office in 1994, resulting in two employees being forced to pull him away after hearing screams and the sound of smashing glass.

Another woman who worked for the label as a graphic designer claims he sexually harassed her in 2001 at a party celebrating his acquittal in the 1999 nightclub shooting, for which Shyne spent almost a decade in prison. She later found out that the record executive had allegedly approached her boss the night of the party to "solicit [her] for sex."

"I felt quite unsettled about this for many years. When people ask me about my days at Bad Boy, it's just overshadowed by his crap," she said.

Additionally, the report also includes claims about Diddy's relationships with other rappers, including that he was jealous of Biggie's bond with 2Pac and did not "want that friendship to happen," according to photographer Monique Bunn.

He apparently tried to build a bond with 'Pac, but the Death Row MC "didn't have any kind of respect for Puff" according to Bunn, who added that the rapper and actor saw him as a "corny executive.

KENDRICK LAMAR IS 'LOCKED IN' WITH TERRACE MARTIN & OTHERS, PRODUCER CLAIMS

Kendrick Lamar has been the subject of countless rumors over the past few years, and Terrace Martin has added fuel to the fire by seemingly confirming the he's cooking up new material with the MC.

On Friday (May 31), Martin tweeted: "I've been locked in with Roddy Ricch creating something special./ The Navy album."

A fan subsequently responded to the post to ask for updates about K.Dot, asking: "Sounds like a big W. But who is locked in with Dot now?"

Quoting the query, the producer and multi-instrumentalist answered without sharing too many details: "All of us."

Martin was, of course, a major part of the crew that created Lamar's 2015 classic To Pimp a Butterfly, alongside Sounwave, Flying Lotus, Robert Glasper, Thundercat, Kamasi Washington, Robert "Sput" Searight, and many more.

In other news, Kendrick has been closing in on Drake's streaming Spotify stats thanks to their recent rap feud.

Per data shared by Chartmetric, Drizzy had a strong lead out of the gate with the J. Cole-assisted "First Person Shooter" last year, but the Compton native quickly caught up with his appearance on Metro Boomin and Future's "Like That" in March.

Both cuts have generated over 300 million streams, with the 6 God holding a slight lead at around 319 million to Kendrick's 309 million.

The next exchange was Drake's "Push Ups," which prompted "Euphoria" by Kung Fu Kenny in return - the latter holds the lead in this round with 135.3 million streams over its competitor's 93.7 million.

The next two - "Family Matters" and "Meet The Grahams" - are practically tied around the 50 million mark.

However, the Mustard-produced follow-up "Not Like Us" has the Los Angeles MC in the lead. Having already racked up 217.7 million streams since its release less than a month ago, it completely outshines the Canadian superstar's final release "The Heart Part 6," which has yet to go up on streaming services.

Drake also released "Taylor Made Freestyle" amid the battle, but was forced to remove it from all platforms as 2Pac's estate did not take kindly to the use of the late rapper's likeness on the track.

The song, which featured AI vocals from both 'Pac and Snoop Dogg, was officially removed from the "Hotline Bling" hitmaker's social media pages after he was given 24 hours to take it down.

In a cease and desist letter issued in April, the Death Row spitter's estate wrote: "The Estate is deeply dismayed and disappointed by your unauthorized use of Tupac's voice and personality. Not only is the record a flagrant violation of Tupac's publicity and the estate's legal rights, it is also a blatant abuse of the legacy of one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time. The Estate would never have given its approval for this use.

"The unauthorized, equally dismaying use of Tupac's voice against Kendrick Lamar, a good friend to the Estate who has given nothing but respect to Tupac and his legacy publicly and privately, compounds the insult."

It continued: "If you comply, the estate will consider whether an informal negotiation to resolve this matter makes sense. If you do not comply, our client has authorized this firm to pursue all of its legal remedies including, but not limited to, an action for violation of [...] the estate's copyright, publicity and personality rights and the resulting damages, injunctive relief, and punitive damages and attorneys' fees.

50 CENT BACKS UP DIDDY COMMENTS FROM BIGGIE'S MOM: 'I WANT TO SLAP HIM TOO'

50 Cent has backed up the comments made by The Notorious B.I.G.'s mother, Voletta Wallace, about her son's ex-boss Diddy.

The G-Unit boss took to X, formerly Twitter, on Friday (May 31) to take aim at his longtime rival, remarking that he'd do the same thing if he were in Ms. Wallace's shoes.

"LOL I WANT TO SLAP THE SHIT OUT OF HIM TOO," he said in a post that was subsequently deleted, per Complex.

The Notorious B.I.G. and Diddy (real name Sean Combs) took Hip Hop to unprecedented heights in the 90s, but even their rich history together isn't enough for the late rapper's mother to ignore the multiple sexual assault and rape allegations the latter is currently negotiating.

In a Rolling Stone article published on Thursday (May 30), Voletta Wallace shared her thoughts on the Bad Boy Records mogul getting caught assaulting his former partner Cassie on camera while discussing the lawsuits filed against him in recent months.

"I'm sick to my stomach," she said. "I'm praying for Cassie. I'm praying for his mother. I don't want to believe the things that I've heard, but I've seen [the hotel video]. I pray that he apologizes to her.

"I hope that I see Sean one day and the only thing I want to do is slap the daylights out of him. And you can quote me on that. Because I liked him. I didn't want to believe all the awful things, but I'm so ashamed and embarrassed."

She concluded: "He needs to apologize to his mother. I hope to God he sits her down and spills his guts and apologize to her."

NICKI MINAJ WASN'T ARRESTED BECAUSE OF HER RACE, SAY DUTCH POLICE

Nicki Minaj's claim that her recent arrest was racially motivated has been refuted by the Dutch police.

The NOS is reporting that the police issued a statement on Friday (May 30) claiming that the "Starships" rapper's arrest was routine, and would have been done regardless of her fame or race.

"It's annoying if she experienced it that way," a rep for the Amsterdam police department said to the outlet. "We arrested her when we found dozens of joints in her luggage. The lady was released four hours after arrest in consultation with the public prosecutor, and after paying a fine. I think that it all went very smoothly. It's annoying that she drew that card."

A spokesperson for the Dutch police also told the BBC: "We just do our job, and it is protocol to search luggage and arrest a person when we find drugs. The arrest was around 5:30 p.m., the release at 9:30 p.m. We stand for a professional organization that treats everybody equal, no matter what."

Nicki Minaj was detained in the Dutch capital on May 25 on suspicion of "possessing soft drugs" while traveling to Manchester for her Pink Friday 2 Tour.

She livestreamed the arrest on social media, with the footage showing a member of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee telling her she was under arrest for "carrying drugs."

Speaking to fans on the livestream platform Stationhead, the Young Money rapper slammed the "disgusting" treatment she experienced during the arrest and suggested race played a part in the incident.

"Not being able to get to Manchester, I don't know when was the last time I felt that low," she said, referring to her canceled show in the UK city as a result of her arrest.

"Not only that, but knowing that something is being done to you on purpose simply because you are a confident other race [...] There was one lady there - all the rest were men - and I could tell she had a heart. The treatment was just disgusting and I wouldn't wish that on anyone."

When asked by somebody else on the stream if Dutch officials treated her like a "human," she answered: "No. When they put out that press release that I was released, I was still in the building. They were doing maybe damage control, I don't know.

DRAKE TO MAKE TWO APPEARANCES ON NEW CAMILA CABELLO ALBUM AFTER DM EXCHANGE

Drake is set to make two cameos on Camila Cabello's next album, and it's all thanks to some brave DMs from the pop singer.

Billboard profiled the "I LUV IT" hitmaker for a story published on Wednesday (May 29), in which she revealed how she got Drizzy to star on her forthcoming C,XOXO project.

During her interview, she explained that footage of them riding jet skis together in Turks & Caicos was during a recording session and not part of a romantic fling.

"He's the fucking GOAT, so it felt like shooting for the stars," she said, before recalling that she messaged him on Instagram. "I showed him the album when I felt comfortable enough and he really liked it. [The feature] came out of a nontransactional place. He had this idea of a song called 'Hot Uptown,' and it just felt like I was in the city. I was in Miami."

The track was finished in Turks & Caicos, after which the 6 God reportedly continued crooning over synths for two minutes on an interlude titled "Uuugly."

"He wanted to do one more thing for the album," Cabello explained. "Why does he have his own song? Because selfishly, I just want to hear Drake on my own album ... I love that for me - it's like that rebellious mood. Who says I can't do that? It's Drake talking his shit."

It was back in December that Drizzy and Cabello first began getting attention from the paparazzi, though it now turns out that the duo were just collaborating on the "Shameless" singer's new album.

Pop Crave obtained and shared footage of the pair hanging out at Noah's Ark Beach Club, one of Drake's favorite Caribbean hangouts.

In the social media post from the Turks and Caicos, the two could be seen riding jet skis together in addition to chatting and laughing on a boat in a brief clip from the same meet-up.

The Canadian superstar reportedly started following the 26-year-old singer over spring, after she shared a mirror selfie online and quoted his song "Search & Rescue" in the caption: "Take me out the Club. Take me out the Trap. Take me off the market. Take me off the map. I'm trying to hit the group chat and tell them it's a wrap.

DAME DASH SAYS HE'S LOST RESPECT FOR DIDDY AFTER CASSIE ASSAULT FOOTAGE

Dame Dash has lost respect for Diddy after footage of him assaulting Cassie emerged online.

The Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder stopped by America Nu Network's Choppin It Up on Tuesday (May 28) and expressed his disappointment in his fellow Hip Hop entrepreneur.

"I know Puff, so it's very disappointing to see that from someone I consider my peer, someone that I've always ... showed a certain degree of respect for," he began. "You can't unsee that, and it's a really a shame. What I think when I see that is, number one, I got daughters ... If that were something I were to see happening to my daughter - Puff, he's dead. Again, I'd go do the time or try to figure out how not to have to go do the time, but I don't think I could handle ... any man touching or doing any kind of violence to my daughter.

"I saw the apology and I wondered, he has daughters. If I were to ask him a question, I'd ask, 'What would you do if you saw a dude do that to your daughters? What should that person's punishment be? Because that's what yours should be.'

He added: "What's problematic in a big way in the apology ... Logically he'd already denied all that stuff ... Now, because it came out, he's saying sorry ... Now it's hard to believe anything else he says, and it's hard not to believe anything Cassie's alleging in the lawsuit.

"My issue is, anyone that knew that was going on that still work for that man is also a piece of shit. If you was watching that man abuse women ... and just because of a check you helped cover it up? You deserve also what he gets or the buckshot of his karma."

Check out the excerpt below, which begins around the 38:00 mark:

Shortly after Diddy apologized, it was reported that he told at least one close friend that there was a larger "agenda" surrounding the release of the assault video from 2016.

A source close to Diddy told The New York Post that the embattled mogul is furious about the clip's release, and insists that it only tells half the story.

"He's incensed," the source said to the outlet. "Especially about the video. He insists it doesn't tell the full story about what happened. Not that he's excusing it, but he says that it's a selected video.

"It's his position that there was an agenda in releasing the video when it was released. But ultimately, he knows that his big concern is the raids on his house; the Cassie video is just a distraction."

The source's claim is buttressed by the fact that Diddy's pinned tweet remains a statement from December 2023 that says his accusers, presumably including Cassie, are "individuals looking for a quick payday" while insisting that he "did not do any of the awful things being alleged.

VINCE STAPLES' 'DARK TIMES' ALBUM EARNS LOFTY PRAISE FROM RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS' FLEA

Vince Staples' new album Dark Times has received some lofty praise from an unexpected source: Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

The rock legend took to X (formerly Twitter) over the weekend to share some succinct thoughts on the latest LP from the Long Beach rapper, which dropped last Friday (May 24).

"new vince staples so deep and good," he wrote.

Check out the post below.

The accomplished bass player is a noted Hip Hop fan and has spoken in the past about the profound impact that it's had on him.

In an episode of Amoeba Records' What's in My Bag in 2016, Flea got emotional when discussing his love for the late J Dilla.

"I just love J Dilla. I just think he's an absolutely transcendent, phenomenal musician," he said. "I didn't really know about him when he was doing it. He died really young. He had a blood disease or something. He just made his stuff basically in his bedroom with samplers and records."

Holding up a copy of Ruff Draft, he explained the special place that the album holds in his heart.

"I was in Big Sur by myself and I had on headphones and I was walking around these trails in the mountains listening to it, and it just touched this thing in me so deeply. I just couldn't stop crying. It was so powerful," he recalled, welling up.

As for Dark Times, the album marks both an end of an era and a new beginning for Vince Staples as it's his last for Def Jam, the powerhouse label he called home for over a decade.

The 13-track, 35-minute project boasts production from the likes of Cardo, Jay Versace and J.LBS, along with guest vocals from Baby Rose and Kilo Kish.

One highlight finds Vince crediting Below the Heavens, the cult classic collaboration from fellow West Coast natives Blu and Exile, with broadening his horizons as a rap fan (and eventual practitioner).

"I miss the radio/ Big Boy in the mornin, zoned in, waitin' for my favorite song/ Ridin' with my pops, in the front seat/ Pull up to the block, with the real Gs/ 92.3, 94.7, The Wave/ I know my real ones from the ghetto relate," he raps on the aptly-titled "Radio."

"I know they finna play some Nelly today/ My favorite rapper 'til I hit seventh grade/ And Eron played 'Below the Heavens' and everything changed/ A better day was just a stones throw away," he continues, also nodding to the acclaimed L.A.-based label.

His verse concludes with: "KDAY would play the records that my sister would say was realer than whatever I listened to/ When I got older, I realized it was true/ The purity of when it's nothin' to lose/ Back when n-ggas had the rhythm and blues.

T.I. CONFIDENT YOUNG THUG WILL BEAT YSL RICO CASE: 'HE'S COMING HOME'

Young Thug may have spent the last two years behind bars as the alleged shot-caller of what prosecutors have called a "criminal street gang," but T.I. is confident that the charges won't hold up in court.

Appearing on The Breakfast Club earlier this week, Tip discussed the ongoing RICO trial against Thug and his YSL collective, outlining why he believes his "All About the Money" collaborator will beat the case and come home.

"He's coming home," he said matter-of-factly. "I don't think that the prosecution has successfully proven the case of him knowingly and willingly participating in an active street gang. I just don't see it.

"I don't think that the witnesses that they've called thus far have proven what they've said that they would prove. I just don't think that the grounds of that case have been presented properly. I just ain't seen it."

T.I., who is no stranger to legal trouble himself, also said he would take care of Thug if he's released from jail.

"Don't worry, we're gonna get him right, we're gonna take care of him," he said. "He's gonna be just fine. It's already in the bag. All he gotta do is touch down."

Fellow Young Thug collaborator Rich Homie Quan was recently summoned to testify in the RICO trial.

According to social media user ThuggerDaily, the Atlanta rapper has been served a summons to take the witness stand in the lengthy and high-profile trial.

The same account also claimed that Quan previously gave a police statement that will be read in court.

Quan will not necessarily provide evidence against Thug during his appearance on the witness stand, though.

Lil Wayne may also be called to testify in the trial after Fulton County prosecutors tried to play videos of the rapper speaking about Thug in the courtroom, but Judge Ural Glanville refused to allow it unless Wayne testified himself.

The issue relates to the 2015 shooting of Wayne's tour bus which the prosecution claim Thug was behind.

They allege he hired affiliate PeeWee Roscoe to carry out the attack. Roscoe was eventually sentenced to 10 years in prison and 10 years of probation over the matter, but his conviction was overturned in 2018.

There were originally over 700 named witnesses put forward by the state, but now only around 200 could be called to take part in the trial.

Gunna's name was removed from the revised witness list, as was Thug's brother Unfoonk, who was previously sentenced to over nine years in prison.

Birdman and YFN Lucci could also still be called to testify as they remain on the government's witness list

DRAKE HINTS AT NEW MUSIC POSSIBLY COMING AS SOON AS THIS SUMMER

Drake has suggested that he'll be dropping new music, possibly as soon as this summer.

In an undated Instagram story that went viral on Saturday (May 25), Gordo - Drizzy's longtime producer who worked on his most recent album, For All The Dogs - posted a photo with the 6 God sticking up his middle finger pointed at the lens, implying that the pair were working on new music together.

"You guys ready for summer 2024..." he wrote in the caption.

Check it out below.

Earlier this week Sexyy Red went viral when she dropped her new album In Sexyy We Trust with little notice, complete with a cameo by the 6 God wherein he spits over Metro Boomin's "BBL Drizzy" beat.

Soon after the joint made the rounds online, one joking fan asked her: "are you fucking drake for features ?"

Without missing a beat or explaining herself, she responded succinctly (and presumably sarcastically): "yes."

Drake has taken quite a liking to Sexyy Red since her rise to fame last year, recently referring to her as his guiding light.

While sharing photos on Instagram from his It's All a Blur - Big As the What? Tour with J. Cole and Lil Durk, the Canadian superstar bestowed a special title on his peer.

"Red really my muse in this short and confusing life," he wrote in the social-media caption.

That same month, Sexyy was recruited to play the mother of Drake's child in the music video for their "Rich Baby Daddy" collaboration from For All the Dogs.

He previously called the St. Louis MC his "rightful wife" when the two linked up at his concert in New York over the summer. A viral photo showed the OVO Sound boss planting a passionate kiss on Sexyy's cheek as she cozied up to him and caressed his face.

But last month, Joe Budden implied that Drake is being paid to promote Sexyy Red.

On an episode of his eponymous podcast, the former Slaughterhouse rapper offered a theory as to why Drizzy is closely aligning himself with Red.

"Respectfully, it sound like a n-gga that could rap at that level that gets paid off of everybody's deal tryna rap. That's what it sound like to me," he said. "Oh, you think he just like being around Sexyy Red that much? ... I can name some more people."

Red issued a short and sweet response, simply writing on X (formerly Twitter): "They so dumb.

LIZZO SHARES 'BLIND' REACTION TO 'SOUTH PARK' JOKES IN WEIGHT LOSS EPISODE

Lizzo has responded to South Park's latest special, "The End of Obesity," which touted an Ozempic-like weight loss drug named after her.

In the special, which is streaming now on Paramount+, Stan's mom explains to Kyle's mom that she went to the doctor to try to lose weight, but was told that she couldn't be prescribed a GLP-1 medicine because she didn't have diabetes.

The scene then cuts to Stan's mom appearing in an Ozempic-like commercial, where she ends it with "ask me about the art of not giving a fuck!"

Taking to her TikTok on Saturday (May 25), the "Good As Hell" singer tried to make light of the satire cartoon's latest salvos. Initially, she said, she was going into it "blind," but was amazed at how well they actually handled the matter.

"That's crazy. I just feel like, damn, I'm really that bitch," she said. "I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a fuck to the point where these men in Colorado know who the fuck I am and put it on their cartoon that's been around for 25 years."

Watch Lizzo react to the SouthPark clip in real time below.

Last month, Lizzo shared her tips for living your best life for this summer.

"Block your ex," she said while throwing her phone in the pool.

While lifting up a bottle of wine, she offered tip number two and said: "Remember to hydrate excessively."

And for the third bit, she concluded: "Remember, you can never be too extra!"
