Naturally, she has a passion for cars, and she has shared footage of herself using the new property on social media.




Sydney is reportedly closing on a new house there that is advertised for just less than $20 million. However, it's not known how much she will actually pay for it. According to reports, the property will increase her real estate holdings. She will continue to live in her present Los Angeles home. Sydney really spends most of her time on film sets these days, but she now has options for places to relax in between takes, and our sources indicate that she will be spending a lot of time in Florida.
