No More Excuses
Well, I'll just wait until tomorrow. Tomorrow then comes. I'll wait until Monday. Well, I don't have enough funds. I'll work on it when I get home. Gets home, I'm tired I'll just do it tomorrow. Stop making excuses!
Excuses and complaining are something most of us do but don't even realize we are doing it. We tend to make excuses in our relationships, our fitness goals, our dreams and it needs to come to a stop.
Last summer I read this book called "No Excuses" by Brian Tracy and it changed my perspective on a lot of things. It taught me to bee aware of how I speak and to stop making too many damn excuses.
I'm pretty much a motivated person but sometimes when I lack discipline and don't feel like doing something I always reference this book and what is has taught me.
So this month try to set goals for yourself and try to stop making excuses for not working out, finishing up that idea and shitty relationships and people.
