One shoe that has seemingly been taking the internet by storm is none other than the Jordan MVP. Overall, this is a hybrid shoe that combines the three sneakers Michael Jordan won his first three NBA titles in. Moreover, Jordan also won three Finals MVPs during this time, hence the name of the shoe. Although hybrid sneakers can sometimes get a bad rap, it is very clear that this new model has a lot going for it. Ultimately, it is a shoe that would thrive in the 90s.
Consequently, Jumpman has brought out a ton of 90s-themed colorways for this model. For instance, you can find a lot of colorways that we've already seen on shoes like the Air Jordan 6 and Air Jordan 7. Following up the Air Jordan 7 aesthetic, we have this "Cardinal" color scheme, below. The Air Jordan 7 "Cardinal" is an iconic shoe, and it was a matter of time before Jumpman delivered something like this. In the official images, you can see the fantastic job Jumpman does here.

"Cardinal" Jordan MVP
Firstly, the sneaker is covered in some white leather. This mimics the original "Cardinal" colorway, so it works out well. Moreover, this Jordan MVP has some nice red all around the upper including the tongue and the back heel tab. There is also some red and white on the midsole. Lastly, we get gold, red, and black on the Air Jordan 8-inspired overlay near the back heel. This gold is also found on the inner lining of the shoe.
Just like the other Jordan MVP colorways we have reported on, this shoe does not yet have a release date. However, we do know that this shoe will be coming out at a price of $165 USD. For some, this might be steep, although these are the prices we have come to expect. Let us know what you think of this sneaker, in the comments section below.
