The autopsy results for the 26-year-old who was killed by a Grand Rapids, Michigan police officer has been revealed.
According to CNN, on May 7, the Kent County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed Patrick Lyoya died due to a gunshot to the back of the head. Additionally, the official autopsy revealed his blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit.
The family's attorneys, Ven Johnson and Benjamin Crump, are asking for prosecutors to file criminal charges against the officer.... Read more
