DIDDY COULD FACE MORE CHARGES AS SEX WORKER TESTIFIES BEFORE GRAND JURY

Diddy could face further charges following his arrest for sex trafficking and racketeering as a grand jury has heard sworn testimony from a sex worker.
According to TMZ, jurors heard from another male escort who was allegedly contacted by Puffy to participate in one of his "freak off" sex parties.

The grand jury allegedly asked questions about the sex worker's travel and whether they crossed state lines or an international border.
Questions were also asked about payments for sex, specifically whether the man was paid in cash or via wire transfer
Prosecutors are still talking to witnesses as they explore adding charges to Diddy's case in a superseding indictment.
This is the second known male sex worker to have come forward since the mogul's arrest earlier this month.
Last week, prosecutors met with a sex worker who handed over footage of a freak off and signed a proffer agreement, meaning they can offer evidence without being at risk of incriminating themselves.
It's reported that the man flew from Atlanta to Miami in May 2023 and had sex with an unnamed woman while Diddy watched and recorded the encounter.
Prosecutors allege that these freak offs were not consensual and that Diddy used drugs, violence, threats and blackmail to force women into participating, while also transporting male sex workers across state lines and internationally.
Diddy's lawyer Marc Agnifilo has maintained that all sexual encounters were consensual.
"These are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do. We can't get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was there would be no more people," he said to the New York Post.
Agnifilo also told TMZ that Diddy was looking forward to testifying in his upcoming trial.
"I don't know that I can keep him off the stand. I think he is very eager to tell his story and I think he will tell every part of his story, including what you see on the video," the attorney said. "I expect it's going to be explained by the both of us."
Diddy faces three federal charges - racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution - and will remain jail without bail until trial.
