Drake just stays winning. His recently released album Scorpion is his his eighth number-one album and he's breaking records set buy legendary acts. Drake has now broken The Beatles record for most songs in the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100. According to Billboard, Drake’s latest LP boasts seven songs in the top 10 on the Hot 100 at once, which beats the Beatles’ record of five simultaneously charting songs. They’ve held that record since 1964, and they still are the only musical act in history to “monopolize the Hot 100’s entire top five in a week.”
Drake also has the most among male solo acts. The addition of five new songs this week took his total to 31, surpassing Michael Jackson who has 30. Jackson actually had 29 but gained one more thanks to his feature on Drake's ‘Don’t Matter to Me.’
Scorpion recently broke the record for most streams in 24 hours on any and every streaming service, with 170 million listens combined in just one day.
