Cubs Lose to Twins - Trevor Larnach hit a three-run homer, Joey Gallo homered for the second straight game and Louie Varland pitched 6 1/3 solid innings for the Minnesota Twins in a 16-3 win against the Chicago Cubs on Sunday. Varland (1-0) earned his second career win in his ninth major league start for his hometown Twins, who won their second consecutive series. They posted season highs in runs and hits (18) for the second game in a row after Saturday's 11-1 victory against Chicago. Click below to read more:

White Sox Lose to Astros - Yainer Diaz hit his first major league home run to back rookie Hunter Brown and helped the Houston Astros beat the Chicago White Sox 4-3 on Sunday for their fourth win in five games. Yordan Alvarez hit a two-run double in the first, advanced on shortstop Tim Anderson's throwing error and scored on Kyle Tucker's sacrifice fly as the Astro built an early lead. Diaz, who debuted last September, homered off Lucas Giolito (2-3) in the fourth for a four-run advantage. Click below to read more:
