A New Dealership Just Opened...And Cars Are Not For Sale

A New Dealership Just Opened...And Cars Are Not For Sale

Ever wanted a place where you can pick the object of your affection in assembly form? Well, look no further. These New York natives took the concept to a next level and the rest is history.

Releasing their debut album The Dealership, Porsha & Mercedes gives you the lyrical compensation of "buying" your perfect man. The Dealership is a place where anyone can inspect, test drive, and purchase their very own man. Beyond the concept, The Dealership is symbollic to empowering women's sexuality.

Produced by Duecey Productions, this ten (10) track LP will have you reconsidering how men and women are viewed in the 21st century on single "The Dealership", the struggle for success never changes in "Throne", and the pitfalls of success broken down in "Forever Famous".

The Dealership will open on October 15, 2015. Get your ideal man and lyrical creativity all in one place, The Dealership!

Porsha & Mercedes were born in Queens, and raised in Long Island, New York. Not exactly your typical "girl next door" types, however, they embody the characteristics many young women are lacking in today's society: strength, determination, and smarts to carry them far in life; making professional strides and growing their fanbase daily. Their songs cover topics ranging from heartbreak, living in America, to just having fun and being goofy while giving that undeniable element of realness.

Their first song, "In Love With Me" gained over one million views on YouTube. Their unadulterated lyrical style and persona earned them a nomination at the Underground Music Awards for "Most Original Rap Group" as well as consistent plays on New York City's hottest Hip Hop station Power 105.1.

https://soundcloud.com/toybrandonmusic/sets/most-hated-life-like-the

A musical painter with his words, Toy Brandon grew up in the city of Baton Rouge,

Tell the people who you are and the meaning behind your name?
My name is Shinuh... No true meaning it's a combination of two names I
was called as a teen... shiye and chyna lol

How long have you been an artist at what age did you notice you had talent?
I've been an artist for 2 yrs now. I made the decision to become an
artist after being given the opportunity to be the featured Blues
artist at Ashford & Simpson's Sugar Bar. I always was a creative since
a child... Acting, Dancing, Modeling, Styling, Writing... It was
always something lol

Everyone has a success story what's yours?
I was given the opportunity to sing in Thailand for 3 consecutive
months after only performing 3 months as a featured artist in USA.

Tell us about your mixtape?
I am currently recording with Mind Grind. My sound is a mix of hip
hop, blues, jazz, and soul. So that's what you will get... Along with

The title speaks for itself lol

Everyone has up's and down's in the industry could you tell us your
life struggles?
Just finding the right music. I haven't been in the music industry
for long so there has been so much to learn. I literally started from
the bottom with music. It's an everyday learning experience. I started
working with a band so communicating with them in the beginning was
super rough, but I've learned a lot. As soon as I get some solid
material recorded I want to get my own band and take the show on the
road.

Do you belong to any foundation or charity?
Yes I am the African American Ambassador of Casa Esperanza's Fashion

HipHop Newz chops it up with Mind Grind Entertaiment artist "Nate Turner"

Tell the people who you are and the meaning behind your name?

Mind Grind Entertainment is a label that believes in the power of the
message of music. That's why we say that "Music is a movement!" Mind
Grind means that we come together as a collective power to make a
significant impact on our culture through artistry and music.

Nate Turner is the Runaway Slave. My aim is to help us break the
chains of oppression. Through my music, I aim to inform people about
history, spirituality, and the socio-economic issues that we all face.
Further, as a Black Man in America, I still fall victim to some of
these conditions, so my music is also a testimony of my own journey
going "From Niggas To Gods."

How long have you been an artist at what age did you notice you had talent?

I've been making music since I was about 8 years old. I was blessed to
be born into a family of musicians. My first rap performance was when
I was 11 years old, and I knew I would be a rapper for real when I
heard "Who's World Is This" by Nas a year later.

Everyone has a success story what's yours?

We are grinding from the bottom up. God told me when I was about
twenty or twenty one that I was supposed to go independent. I knew
that I wanted to always be in control of my creativity, and I knew
that I had to study this game so major labels wouldn't be able to make
me a slave.

Tell us about your mixtape?
"Mind Over Matter" is the new mixtape from the artists on the label,
Mind Grind Entertainment. Shinuh, Prophecy, Lost FirstBorne, Nate
Turner, and Big Sci come together as Mind Grind Music Group to give
the world a sound we call "Ghetto Gospel." Check out the first video,
"Straight Forward" on our YouTube page:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3hWQa996-7M

What's up Next for you?
We're performing throughout New York City, planning a tour for the
summer, and working on a movie, among other things.

Please inform us on your next project?
On top of the new "Mind Over Matter" mixtape, we're dropping a live
DVD, a documentary, and working on a movie.
Everyone has up's and down's in the industry could you tell us your
life struggles?

Do you belong to any foundation or charity?
Yes, as an educator in New York City I work closely with my school
community in addition to "No Kids Left Behind" in the East NY section
of Brooklyn, and "Project Beautiful" in Gainesville, Florida.

What where you doing before you became This success artist? I'm an
Educator and Entrepreneur. Music and entertainment is only an
extremely important part of an even bigger, divine purpose.

HipHop Newz sits down with Songwriter Fabi Celestin

HipHop Newz sits down with Songwriter Fabi Celestin

Tell the people who you are and the meaning behind your name?

My name is Fabi Celestin. I'm a songwriter from Lawrence, Massachusetts. My name Fabi is short for my full name Fabiendo Celestin.

How long have you been an artist at what age did you notice you had talent?

I don't consider myself an artist, that's not what I'm trying to become known as in the industry. I've been writing since high school but I never really took it seriously until 2007. At 16 is when I realized I was really good at writing poems and songs.

Everyone has a success story what's yours?

To be honest, I don't really feel like I have become successful yet. There are still a lot of things I want to accomplish before I can truly feel successful.

Tell us about your mixtape?

I haven't dropped a mixtape yet.

What's next from you?
Hopefully you guys will be hearing my songs on the radio sung by your favorite artist. I'm working on building my catalog.

Please inform us on your next project?

My next project is really just to put out more songs and visuals to showcase my song writing skills.

Everyone has up's and down's in the industry could you tell us your life struggles?

I was raised, in a rough neighborhood, as the oldest of five by my mother. My father was not around so I took on the father figure role in their life which ultimately prepared me to be a father to my 3 children. I still work a full time job, working for an ambulance company, to provide for my children, while pursing my song writing career which is a struggle in itself.

Do you belong to any foundation or charity?

Not at the moment but I definitely plan to, there is an organization called Stand Up For Kids (www.standupforkids.org) which helps homeless or street kids with resources, that I would like to become apart of. I would love to start my own one day.

What where you doing before you became This success artist?
I was working and taking online college courses pursuing real estate investment.

How can the Fan's reach you?
