Bee Your Own Come Up

Bee Your Own Come Up

20 & Bee Your Own Come Up

Often times people just want stuff given to them. Stop wanting a handout all the time. You have to put in the work yourself. You have to bring something to the table as well.

I saw this quote on Instagram and thought it would bee an awesome topic to blog about. I love seeing ambitious people especially young women. I love to see people working hard on their career on their own.

Everything I've done in regards to my career was by me putting in the work and handling my business. I've never wanted people to put me on because I can put myself on by working hard. I love having a hustle mentality because I'm able to grind with or without people's help.

So people put in the work don't just want to get famous off being cute, have a brand and work hard to make that brand successful.

What is Meant For YOU Will Happen!

What is Meant For YOU Will Happen!

What's Meant for You Won't Pass You By

Often times we are always upset when we didn't get that certain job, a certain car, certain house or certain person. But not getting those things are blessings in disguise. You have to know what's meant for you, it will happen.

I try my best to not get upset when I didn't get something when it comes to my career. Everything is not meant for me and that's okay. I study great leaders and they've all been through things. Don't let "NO's" discourage you and your work ethic.
Bee patient, the timing will happen for you.

Spring Time Rebel

Spring Time Rebel

Hi Busy Bees,

I absolutely had a blast shooting these recent photos with photographer Jessica Gail. My team and I nailed this look.

My stylist Vanessa came up with these fashion looks in two days. My hair stylist Jai and I came up with the braids look the night before. I have to say we killed it for a last minute shoot.

It felt good getting out of my comfort zone. Check out photos below and behind the scenes video!

The 3 C's to Branding

The 3 C's to Branding

I'm all about branding and putting yourself out there. I have many methods I go by when sharing tips and advice. One of them I've shared in the past is "Plot, Plan & Slay." But I have another method starting with three C's that will change your perspective on your brand and how you think.

"Confidence, Consistency & Choices."

Confidence

You have to have confidence when it comes to your brand. People must see that you believe in yourself and that what you do is dope.

Consistency

Always stay consistent when following your dreams. Don't just start something and don't finish it. Put your all into everything that you do.

Choices

You must make choices and prioritize what's important when it comes to your brand. Time management is key.

Keep Grinding! It Will Pay Off

Keep Grinding! It Will Pay Off

Keep Grinding! it Will Pay Off

Living in a world filled with millennials and people getting instant fame can bee a little discouraging. Especially, if you are one of those people who actually put in the hours for your business, your brand and still wondering why haven't I had my big break yet?

One of the biggest things I've learned over this year is that you can't compare your journey to other people's journey. Some people get instant fame and some people it takes years.
You have to continue on your path and journey and what God has planned for you.

I'm one of those people I've been blogging since I was 16, things didn't just come to me I had to grind and I know it will pay off. So keep grinding, don't give up or get discouraged. Setbacks only make you propel and get better

You Never Know Who You Can Inspire

You Never Know Who You Can Inspire

You Never Know Who You Can Inspire

Everyone has a story! And a lot of us are similar more than we are different. Some people are afraid to put themselves out there and that is why there are leaders and there are followers.
A lot of people in this world are scared to bee vulnerable and show their true colors because they don't want people to feel bad for them.

Little do you know it's your story, past situation or challenges can inspire someone out there.

In my Busyy Bee boot camp in Detroit, I sat all the girls down at the end of the event in a circle and we all shared a personal story or something we've faced in life that we've never shared before.

It was A energy in the room that could not bee explained. Not only were their tears but it was a lot of relief and relationships were built.

I knew I found my purpose after my event. Back then I was just staying busy but now I know my purpose is to inspire young women. I made us all cry and that is a gift from God that no one can explain.

So don't bee afraid to bee vulnerable and share your story.

5 Way To Build Your Online Presence

5 Way To Build Your Online Presence

How to Build Your Online Presence

If you follow me on social media then you know I'm obsessed with it. I think it's so cool that you can meet amazing people online, inspire others and voice your opinion on a platform. I love staying connected and looking at the latest trends.

I love putting myself out there and I do a pretty damn good job at it. My followers have been authentic, are real and pretty dope. I use my online presence to uplift and inspire young women. I get asked these questions a lot:

How do you get so many, followers?

Where do I start?

Here are my tips and suggestions:

Representation

The first thing to think about is how do you want to bee represented online? Do you want to bee someone who talks about politics, someone who voices their opinion, relationship expert, beauty expert, fashion expert, a social networking person, inspirational, a model, a comedian? There are so many ways you can bee represented online it is up to you. But make sure you are always yourself.

Networking

We are all nosey that's why we follow each other. We want to keep up on what our favorite people are up too. Make sure you network your ass off and support your followers. Once you do that, you build relationships with people.

Engagement

You always want to make sure you are engaged with your followers and online friends. Ask their opinion and viewpoints about things. That's how you get comments and likes.

Highlighted Reel

Always remember that people post what they want to post so quit comparing yourself to other people. Just because a cute couple posts cute pictures online doesn't mean they don't go through real life couple bs.

Authentic/Consistency

Post authentic content. Bee a visual personal. And always remember consistency is key!

How To Build Your Confidence

How To Build Your Confidence

How to Build Your Confidence

We all lack confidence in some type of way whether its looks or personality. The most beautiful people sometimes lack the most confidence. Society teaches us to look and feel a certain way about ourselves. We are constantly comparing ourselves to others, which may cause depression for some of us.

So what does confidence mean to you?

This blog is inspiring not only you guys but also myself in gaining more internal confidence rather than external. We all suffer from wanting more than what we have. This is why people in most cases get plastic surgery, wear weave, and wear makeup because that is what we consider beautiful. If you don't have these features on daily, you fill less as fabulous.

Now, does this mean that you internally don't feel confident or externally feel unattractive?

It took me a long time to really build confidence. People would tell me I'm beautiful, but I didn't see it. Most of my confidence lacks from body issues. Constantly not being small enough, that is one of the main reasons why I stopped dancing. I didn't feel confident enough in my body to continue on. Which kind of sucks because I'm so talented at it, but contradicts itself because I'm always on camera now.

Now what I'm learning as I get older is that it's not about the outer, but internal and how I truly feel about myself.

Confidence doesn't come overnight_; it doesn't come through compliments, however, it appears within oneself.

How you feel about yourself is how others will feel about you as well
