Silver Alert issued for missing Anderson woman

ANDERSON, Ind. - A Silver Alert has been issued for a woman missing from Anderson, according to the Anderson Police Department.




The missing person was identified as 65-year-old Elizabeth Vanhorn of Anderson. The white female is 5'1 and approximately 165 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes.

She was last seen wearing a red jacket, a white long sleeve shirt, and blue capri pants while driving a 2006 Silver Honda CRV with Indiana plate D607HV on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 7 p.m.




She is believed to be in extreme danger, and may require medical assistance.
