SEXYY RED STUMPED BY PLIES' RESPONSE TO HER TWERK VIDEO: 'WHAT DAT MEAN?

Sexyy Red has been left scratching her head by Plies' reaction to her latest twerk video.

The "SkeeYee" artist posted a clip on X (formerly Twitter) a few days ago showing her shaking her booty for the camera while wearing a black figure-hugging dress.

She encouraged her followers to flaunt their own twerking skills, writing in the caption: "Fck it twerk thread let's go!"

Though he didn't oblige, Plies did respond to Sexyy's video by writing: "Sexyy Red Know Sum!!!! [flushed face emoji] [smiling face with heart-eyes emojis] Look At Them Elbows!!! [winking face with tongue emojis]."

Plies' strange praise of her elbows left the "Pound Town" star perplexed as she wrote back: "[laughing face emojis] What dat mean."

While the Florida native has yet to clarify his comments, some of Sexyy's fans stepped in to offer possible explanations.

"I think he wants to see you throw them bows... Lol," one person said. "They must not know about them STL girls and how they love a good fight... Haha."


Plies isn't the only rapper fawning over Sexy Redd. Last month, Drake heaped high praise on the 25-year-old by calling her his guiding light after a digital display of toughness.

While sharing photos on Instagram from his It's All a Blur - Big As the What? Tour with J. Cole and Lil Durk, the 6 God bestowed a special title on the rapidly rising rap star.

"Red really my muse in this short and confusing life," he wrote in the caption.

His post also included a screenshot of a recent Instagram post from the St. Louis native that said: "I'm fina b in stlouis for 1 week who wana fight me?"

Drake and Sexyy Red have formed an unlikely friendship since she broke onto the scene with raunchy hits like "Pound Town" and "SkeeYee" last year.

Earlier in February, Sexyy was recruited to play the mother of Drizzy's child in the music video for their For All the Dogs collaboration "Rich Baby Daddy."

The video was shot mainly through the lens of an old-school camcorder, documenting a New Year's Eve party before the "F My Baby Dad" hitmaker goes into labor.
