J. Prince Lists His Lavish $4.4 Million Texas Mansion With Bowling Alley & Theater

J. Prince is parting ways with his sprawling French-style estate in Heath, Texas, after more than a year of price shifts and stalled offers.

The Rap-A-Lot Records founder has officially listed his 12,000-square-foot mansion for $4.4 million.

The property, located roughly 25 miles east of Dallas, sits on 5.4 acres and includes a separate 3,700-square-foot guest house, a bowling alley, a movie theater and a safe room.

"I love the space to roam," Prince said through a family spokesperson. "The peace and more importantly the privacy it provides is my favorite thing about the property."

J. Prince bought the home in 2019 and began trying to sell it in January 2023. Since then, the asking price has bounced between $4.3 million and $4.7 million before landing at its current number.

The estate features six bedrooms, including a primary suite and a ground-floor in-law suite with direct access to a resort-style pool and spa. A chef's kitchen with black cabinetry, double ovens and a spacious island overlooks the backyard. The home also includes an elevator, a six-car garage and a backup generator.

Listing agent Phil Owens of The Agency Frisco told Chron.com. "I've sold a lot of homes in this price point over the last 18 years. This is by far the most unique one I've ever handled. The architecture, the scale, the land - it's unlike anything else in North Texas."

The guest house includes a full kitchen, bathroom and additional garage space. Outside, the grounds are lined with mature trees, walking trails and a fire pit area.

Before Prince owned it, the mansion belonged to Pilar Sanders, the former wife of NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders. "Around here, everyone still calls it Deion's ex-wife's house," Owens said. "But really, it's J. Prince's house - and it's become a bit of a legend in this community."
