Air Jordan 1 Brooklyn Low

The Air Jordan 1 Brooklyn Low "Light Madder Root" is the latest addition to Jordan Brand's expanding lifestyle lineup. It blends heritage design with modern utility. While the upper remains faithful to the Air Jordan 1 Low's DNA, the sole unit takes a bold leap.

This pair is for those looking to tower a little higher while staying rooted in sneaker culture. Jordan Brand has a long tradition of experimentation. Over the decades, the Air Jordan 1 has seen dozens of remixes, some subtle, others dramatic. The Brooklyn Low falls in the latter category.

Its elevated platform sole is built for statement-making style. Yet it keeps the classic leather upper, iconic Wings logo, and Swoosh intact. The mix of tradition and transformation is exactly what keeps the Jordan line so relevant. Originally built for the court, the Air Jordan 1 has become a canvas for constant reinvention.

The Brooklyn Low adds a whole new layer, literally. The photos highlight every detail of this women's exclusive. From the neutral tumbled leather to the tonal outsole, the sneaker plays with texture and elevation.

It's the kind of silhouette that makes its presence felt with minimal effort.

Air Jordan 1 High OG

The Air Jordan 1 High OG "UNC Reimagined" is starting to appear in select users' SNKRS inboxes. This updated take on the iconic UNC colorway gives the classic silhouette a subtle twist, combining heritage and vintage flair.

While the classic University Blue still takes center stage, the aged midsole and grey base signal a new direction for Jordan Brand. This isn't just another college-themed release. The "Reimagined" tag represents Nike's continued efforts to rework legacy colorways with a slightly worn aesthetic, bringing retro vibes into today's sneaker cycle.

Originally released in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 was Michael Jordan's first signature model. Since then, it has evolved into one of the most recognizable sneakers of all time. Its connection to MJ's college days only deepens its cultural weight.

UNC releases tend to generate strong buzz, and this one is no different. SNKRS Exclusive Access offers early entry to lucky members of the community, adding an extra layer of hype. Based on the photos, the "UNC Reimagined" keeps things clean and crisp.

Blue overlays pop against the suede base, while white laces and aged midsoles round out the design. If you're feeling lucky, check your SNKRS app or email inbox, access may already be waiting.

Nelly says he's "staying positive" about Donald Trump after the president's controversial first 100 days in office. He spoke about Trump's decisions thus far during an interview with Fox News Digital as caught by TMZ.

"I'm all for everybody staying positive about any and everything," he said. "I'm a glass half-full type of guy. I'm more empowered by bringing people together and making sure that we all get what we need, when we need it and why we need it."

Nelly made headlines, earlier this year, for performing at the Liberty Ball event in celebration of the inauguration of Donald Trump. He wasn't the only rapper at the event either, as Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, and Soulja Boy all made appearances as well.

While speaking with Willie D Live afterward, Nelly addressed the backlash he received for doing so. "I thought you were riding for me because I put on on for my city, I didn't know that I had to agree with your political choices," Nelly said. "I thought it was the things you do (that count). Not the things you say should be done. If you follow what I do, this shouldn't even be an argument. He's the president. He won."

Nelly Donald Trump Support

Some fans theorized that Nelly performed at the event for a quick paycheck and didn't actually support Trump. Of that idea, he said: "I'm not doing this for money. I'm doing this because it's an honor. I respect the office. It don't matter who is in office. The same way our brothers and sisters go to war to put their life on the line for whoever is in office. So, if they can put their life on the line for whoever is in office, I can damn sure perform for whoever is in office."

The drama comes after Philadelphia Eagles' running back Saquon Barkley came under fire, over the weekend, for going golfing with Trump. Following their Super Bowl win, his team traveled to the White House on Monday.

It's hard to make any sort of excuses for Kanye West and his behavior over the last few years. It's honestly gotten worse somehow this year, though. The rants, hateful and racist comments, his Hitler praise, it's all been a lot to digest.

But he's doing his best to make himself look like the victim thanks to a recent rant that's been trending on his favorite platform, X. He's been live streaming as of late and clips have been surfacing from it throughout the afternoon. One in particular saw him go after Pusha T and Playboi Carti (once again).

However, there's another clip that's got a bit more going on. In it, Kanye West absolutely crashes out over the lack of time he's had lately with his four children. Throughout his keyboard onslaughts that began in February, Ye has routinely called out anyone who's got any affiliation with his kids.

Travis Scott, FKA twigs, Kylie Jenner, and of course, Kim Kardashian, have all received Kanye West's wrath. But this time, his anger is really raised a few notches in this two-minute tirade. Overall, it's a little difficult to make out what he's saying as he is wearing his now infamous sheer black mask. Also not helping matters is his titanium grill.

Kanye West Kim Kardashian Custody Battle

He said "I'm Ye" not "I'm gay" it sounded like "I'm gay" cuz of that dumbass mask he got on
— ‎ً (@freshnewport) April 29, 2025

But essentially, Kanye West goes off on the "white people" and "the Jews" for propping up "false idols" like Jay-Z and Virgil Abloh. He believes he's the true leader. However, he can't be that because he can't see North West, Chicago, Pslam, and Saint West.

Ye also adds that this is why he's always "spazzing out" and he feels he's got "no legacy" without his kids. You can hear it in his quivering voice that he's ready to go to war for them. He thanks DJ Akademiks once again for giving him that "battery in my back" to fight for his right to be a parent.

Elsewhere in the video, he appears to say amid all of this that he's gay. However, some users in the comment section of the repost believe he's saying "I'm Ye" instead. We will see if what Kanye decides to do though as Kim Kardashian, who is the mother to all four children, has tossed around the idea of stripping joint legal custody away from him.

Daylyt has released a new single, "Backpack," and fans on social media think he took several subliminal shots at Joey Badass on the track. He dropped the song on Monday with a music video showing him hitting several tricks on his skateboard.

"It's too early to end you, I'm still tryna befriend you," he raps at one point. The music video occasionally plays brief clips from what appears to be his previous response to Joey, "Hiyu." He further raps: "1999, when I was 19, I probably shot 'bout 90 9s."

In the comments section of the video, one user wrote: "This was so good. regardless of the skating. The Joey Badass subliminals were very tastefully done too. Damn." Others celebrated the music video itself. "Visuals matter. TDE always amplifies the music with great visuals. It's a given Daylyt is gonna shine," one fan wrote. Another added: "This production is NUTS!!! Reminds me of 2010s Odd Future and the bars are light-years ahead of just about anything else of course. Daylyt is making the best music of any professional battle emcee imo."

Joey Badass' "The Ruler's Back"

Joey Badass originally kicked off the competition with the release of his single, "The Ruler's Back," earlier this year. On the song, he targeted the West Coast as a whole. "Too much West Coast d*ck lickin' / I'm hearin' n****s throwin' rocks, really ain't sh*t stickin' / 'Cause if we talkin' bar for bar, really it's slim pickings," he rapped, seemingly referencing the success of Kendrick Lamar in 2024. Lamar had not only taken on Drake in their iconic feud but also released the album, GNX, to universal acclaim.

Being from California, Daylyt fired back in defense of his coast on the aforementioned song, "Hiyu." "You boys had years to show you the best, clear / Now it's people in your class that they consider your peers," he rapped. He also noted that he has a Capital STEEZ tattoo on his arm.

Beyoncé Fans Get Into A Messy And Unnecessary Brawl After Night One Of The "Cowboy Carter" Tour

Typically, when you think about a Beyoncé concert, the odds for a fight to break out are slim to none. Well, the complete opposite happened last night after the first show of her Cowboy Carter tour concluded. Per TMZ, as concertgoers were filing out of SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, a group of ladies started yelling at one another.

The outlet has learned that this was all happening in the VIP Lounge hallways. It's unclear as to what these Beyoncé fans were getting into an argument over. But it feels like maybe tensions were brewing while they were inside their suite.

Or there's the possibility that these women don't know each other all that well. Either way, it's a wild a scene as one of them starts to pick a fight with the lady wearing a light blue denim jacket and white cowgirl hat.

The lady knocks it off of her head after getting up in her grill. Then, just a few moments later, the same Beyoncé fan evades one the women trying to mediate the situation and attacks who we assume to be a friend of the woman in the white hat.

That would be the lady wearing a red top. She gets shoved to the ground and it looks like she was not expecting to get involved. The white hat lady sticks up for her gal pal and grabs the one instigating this mess. However, she also takes a tumble after getting pushed while trying to help her friend.

Another angle of the unnecessary brawl shows one of the ladies kicking the white hat woman with cowboy boot while she's on the ground. TMZ did not reach out for comment from SoFi regarding the fight, but we don't expect them to. Overall, this was just a small tussle.

As we said though, Beyoncé's accompanying Cowboy Carter tour is now underway. She will be touring just a handful of major markets across the states and Europe. Paris, Chicago, New Jersey, and Atlanta are just a few of the lucky cities. It will wrap up on July 26 in Las Vegas.

Lil Durk is facing another challenge in his alleged murder-for-hire case as the prosecution has seized an audio file of his unreleased song, "Scoom his Ass." According to court documents obtained by Complex, the state believes the lyrics will "corroborate" their arguments against the rapper getting out on bond.

On the song, Durk allegedly raps about, "rid[ing] through Beverly Hills with choppers," leading the prosecution to argue that the lyrics "have a striking similarity to the modus operandi used to kill" Quando Rondo's cousin, Saviay'a Robinson. They wrote: "Although 'Scoom his Ass' does not appear to have been officially released by defendant, the lyrics are authentic as the government seized the audio file from a co-conspirator's cellular phone pursuant to a federal search warrant, which has been produced to the defense."

The move comes after Durk's attorney, Drew Findling, argued that the prosecution allegedly misled the grand jury in the rapper's indictment, earlier this month. He claimed that they cited lyrics from the song "Wonderful Wayne & Jackie Boy," which Durk wrote before the crime even took place.

"Unless the government is prosecuting Banks on a theory of extra-sensory prescience, the lyrics could not have soundly informed the grand jury's finding of probable cause," Findling wrote, as caught by Billboard.

In suggesting against letting Durk out on bond, the state labeled him a "flight risk" and said that his application didn't provide any new information that has a "material bearing" on that fact.

Lil Durk's DJ Akademiks Interview

A post shared by DJ Akademiks (@akademiks)

Durk has been behind bars since his arrest back in October of last year. He recent spoke with DJ Akademiks for an interview over the phone during which he provided some insight into how he's spending his time awaiting trial.

"I've been good, man," Lil Durk told DJ Akademiks. "Mentally, spiritually, I've been on top of my s**t. I'll be back out there, you hear me? Oh, thank you, I need all the prayers. I appreciate you. [...] Yeah, you know, ain't nothing changed, bro. I've just been focused on life, my family and stuff like that. I'm trying to learn to speak Arabic in here. It's a couple of guys in here that know how to speak Arabic fluently. So I'm just learning the different words and tightening up my Arabic. Just getting my knowledge together."
