The civil complaint, filed by a man identified as John Doe, claims Wallace acted as an accomplice during an alleged incident in which Diddy attempted to force oral sex on him while others restrained his head. According to the filing, Diddy yelled that Doe's Bad Boy career was over during the alleged assault, which Doe says was retaliation for a prior incident that had angered the music mogul.
The lawsuit, filed in July 2025, alleges that Wallace and several unnamed individuals lured Doe to a Revolt TV facility under false pretenses. Once there, Doe alleges he was assaulted and later driven home by Wallace and others.
Doe believes someone photographed the alleged assault at Revolt TV and suggests those images may still exist.

The complaint also details a separate incident that allegedly occurred days earlier in September 2020 at a Los Angeles warehouse where Biggie's personal belongings were stored.
Doe claims Diddy distributed ketamine and other substances at the gathering, leading to hallucinations.
During that encounter, the lawsuit alleges Diddy masturbated onto a Notorious B.I.G. shirt and threw it at Doe, hitting him with semen while laughing and saying, "RIP Biggie."
The lawsuit paints a broader picture of what Doe describes as a long-standing pattern of sexual misconduct by Diddy, involving coercion, drug use and humiliation.
Diddy's legal team stated, "Mr. Combs's trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges proves what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations - no matter how heinous and uncorroborated - is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication."
