It's Time For My #JustATouchof_J 's Weekly Affirmation! This Week It's All About What You Believe!

Good Day Everyone!

It's time for JustATouchof_J's Affirmation's on my JustATouchofJ Mobile App, Instagram's Facebook's, Tumblr, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Blackvibes.com just to name a few! ;)

This weeks affirmation comes from:
(Exodus 14:13-14) And Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance of the LORD today! The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The LORD will fight for you, just be calm and be silent. Hold you peace!

Omg! I'm screaming.. FIX IT JESUS! Lol!
Hallelujah because He is King.

What I find so astonishing about this whole scripture message is the word "will!" It expresses foretelling; simply stating an event that is to come.

The word "will" is literally mentioned three times. Biblically the number three represents divine wholeness, completeness and perfection.

1.) "You will see the deliverance of the Lord", implies that God himself will provide deliverance for every believer.

2.) "The Egyptians you see today you will never see again", means that what was then will no longer be in the now because the Lord said so! As He said in (Isaiah 43:19) "Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing!"

3.) "The LORD will fight for you, just be calm and be silent. Hold you peace!" Gives us the assurance that the battle is not ours but the Lords. All we simply have to do is trust and believe in Him.

When God repeats things He wants us to pay special attention to them, to remember them and reflect on them.

I can remember times when I used to struggling a lot with my faith. I mean I had a serious problem with believing that God would do anything for me. No matter how much I wanted to trust in Him a small part of me just couldn't believe the Lord loved me that much.

Why? Because most of the people who said they loved me didn't keep their promises so I didn't believe that God would keep his.

God had to show me that he would NEVER LEAVE ME OR FORSAKE ME. (Hebrews 13:5) That He is not a man that He should lie. (Numbers 23:19)

He had to show me that I could trust Him to control my entire life.

Maybe He's trying to show you the same thing through this affirmation. If you're reading this.. it's not to late for you to put your faith in what God will and can do for you. He loves you.

Repeat after me..
The part that I need to control is letting God control it.

This week I want you to just meditate on these scriptures and ask the Lord to show you what he promised in (Exodus 14:13-14.) Ask Him to show you like He had to show the Egyptians. Because like you and I, at times they didn't believe too.
