If you've been following me for a while you're aware that I'm currently recovering from spending 30 days in the hospital due to major stomach surgery that could've taken my life. Its been almost 4 months and now my surgeon has lifted all of my restrictions. I'm so happy to be able to workout again. To God be the glory for His grace and mercy through it all.

Now I can share my recovery journey with you! I'm going to be very transparent through the entire process. Come and partake in some of my easy beginner friendly fitness training techniques. Get healthy food tips and a tons of health and wellness information too.

OmG! I'm soooo ecstatic that I can now lift 10lbs! Lol! I used to weigh 155lbs now I'm 130. I'm excited to see what I will look like in 6 months.
