It's Time For My #JustATouchof_J 's Weekly Affirmation! Lost In Recognization?

Hey Kings and Queens! :)

Good Day Everyone!

It's time for JustATouchof_J's Affirmation's on my JustATouchofJ Mobile App, Instagram's Facebook's, Tumblr, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Blackvibes.com just to name a few! ;)

This weeks affirmation comes from:
(1 John 3:1) Consider this: The Father has given us his love. He loves us so much that we are actually called God's dear children. And that's what we are. For this reason the world doesn't recognize us, and it didn't recognize him either.

Man oh man! Listen up because someone needs to hear this. I don't know who this is for but God wants me to tell you that they won't recognize you the same way they didn't recognize Him.

Have you ever been in relationship someone and no matter how amazing you're to them.. they just cant see it? You treat them well because of Gods love in you but they treat you like you are to good to be true? Maybe it's because they're used to being treated poorly, or maybe they themselves don't treat others correctly.

Let's talk about your job. You know that career that you love so much! Maybe you're literally throwing your heart and entire soul into a company that hasn't given you a raise in years, but they know you are due for one. This is the career that you went to school for and got a 6 year degree! The job you now hate because your boss wont even acknowledge you with a simple thank you for picking up the slack that your co-workers left behind.

Or perhaps it's your children or your wife or husband that don't support you at home and you feel unappreciated! Hmmmm.. If this sounds familiar than this affirmation is from God to you.

While studying and meditating on this scripture all I kept hearing the Holy Spirt say to me was "they cant recognize you because they can't recognize me." One definition of the word recognize means: to admit as being Lord or sovereign! (Merriam-Webster definition)
So, we as believers have to understand that Gods word tells us in (Ephesians 6:12), For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places!

With that being said.. we know for sure that It's all about Satan not wanting people to see God in us. The enemy hates Him in you! He will do everything he can to tare down the belief system of you and others! So.. we as believers can't focus on who can't see us for who God has called us to be. The Bible say, they're blind.

Remember, "But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:" The god (Satan) of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers. Read 2 Corinthians 4.

It may really bother you that some people are blind to the seeing how amazing you're but you can't blame them. They may even treat you poorly but... you must simply understand that they don't know that they don't know. What's inside them doesn't like what's inside of you!

For this weeks Affirmation don't take it to heart. Don't worry about that. Pray for them and focus on the scripture of the week! For this reason the world doesn't recognize us, and it didn't recognize Him either. Live your life and trust God to turn their hearts. :)
