It's #JustATouchof_J 's @MakingLoveinVsKitchen The Wednesday Foodie Edition. Here's The Recipe!

Hey Kings and Queens! :)

It's time for my #JustATouchof_J 's @MakingLoveinVsKitchen .. The Wednesday Foodie Edition, on my JustATouchofJ Mobile App, Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, Reddit, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Blackvibes.com just to name a few. ;)

Do you like shrimp, mussels, scallops, and clams? Omg.. in a Sauvignon Blanc Ghee sauce? Well as promised last week I gave you the music video tutorial! This week here's the recipes! For my Seafood Sauvignon Blanc In a Ghee Butter Sauce!

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of Sauvignon Blanc Wine

Mussels, Scallops, Clams, Shrimp (Enough for 2 people)

Ghee Butter

Himalayan Salt

Pepper

1/2 Fresh Squeezed Lemon

2 Tablespoons of Unfiltered Extra Version Olive Oil.

Chopped Fresh Garlic


Instructions:

1.) Heat your skillet with Olive oil ghee butter on medium high and sauté your seafood with your seasonings and Garlic!

2.) Sauté well until seafood is done! Remember.. The shells of the Mussels and Clams will open when they're done. Taste to see if it to your liking.

3.) Remove your Seafood from the pan and place it in your serving dish. Leave the juice from the seafood in the pan and add 2 Tablespoons of Ghee Butter.

4.) Sauté your seafood juice mixture. Add in your Sauvignon Blanc and Lemon juice to deglaze the pan and cook sauce to your liking.

5.) Remove from heat and pour over your seafood. Taste and say Bam! I just made love in my kitchen. (You can also sauté with pasta! And add Lobster too!)
