It's #JustATouchof_J 's @MakingLoveinVsKitchen The Wednesday Foodie Edition. Pumpkin Alfredo Recipe

Hey Kings and Queens! :)

It's time for my #JustATouchof_J 's @MakingLoveinVsKitchen .. The Wednesday Foodie Edition on my JustATouchofJ Mobile App, Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, Reddit, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Blackvibes.com just to name a few. ;)

This week it's all about my Pumpkin Alfredo!
Omg what a taste! It's impeccably savory and tangy, with a hint of sour/sweetness! It's everything that your palate needs.

I remember when I came up with this recipe. It was the during the time I did a different recipe everyday for a year straight just for my social media cooking show called, MakingLoveinVsKitchen. I have to be honest. I hated pumpkin before this dish! Lol. I wanted to experience trying to make a pumpkin desert and I heard God say, put the pumpkin inside the Alfredo sauce that I was cooking.

I was obedient! I tried it and Voilà! The taste was electrifying. So now that you have a little bit of the story behind it, you can now make your own story by trying out the recipe!

Here it is: Quick Easy Pumpkin Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Fresh Pumpkin

2 Pinches of nutmeg

1/4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon

1 Bottle of Classico Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce

Grated Parmesan Romano Cheese

1 Tablespoon of Ghee Butter

Salt and White Pepper

Instructions:

1. Boil your Pumpkin until it's soft enough to mash.

2. Blend it in a blender until creamy with your Nutmeg and your Cinnamon.

3. Heat your Alfredo Sauce on Medium Low Heat. Stir in your Butter, Salt and Pepper. Add in your Parmesan Cheese until it taste to your liking.

4. When your consistency is right. Fold in your Pumpkin.

5. Taste again to see if it's to your liking. If so.. say Bam! I just made love in my kitchen.

6. Add to pasta or use as a dipping sauce for Vegetables or Nachos! I like to add Pumpkin Seeds. You can even add it to Chicken or Shrimp!

There's so many endless possibilities to this simple recipe. I hope you enjoy it. :)
