This week it's all about my "Black Rice & Lamb Stuffed Peppers!"

Sheeezzzze! All I can say about this dish is that the flavors are so original and unique that they can't be duplicated! I must be honest and say that the taste can't be substituted either. These stuffed peppers are the equivalency of Gods greatness! He wasn't playing when he told me how to make this recipe!

For me it's all about the aged cheese and black rice with the subtle hints of lemon saut ed in Sauvignon blanc wine! Mmmmm! It's seriously enough to blow your mind. Take a peek of some of the ingredients here. Tune in for the finished product next week!
