Because of the #Coronavirus ..
Home workouts are now being implemented to insure on going healthy lifestyles. It's replacing the closing of many fitness facilities.
Above is a simple list of High intensity interval exercises. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a cardiorespiratory training technique that alternates brief speed and recovery intervals to increase the overall intensity of your workout. HIIT is used by athletes and everyday exercise enthusiasts to reach performance goals and enhance fitness and well being. It's very easy to burn 1000 calories with High intensity interval training because it combines short burst of recovery periods.
Interval training can be incorporated into almost any workout to help you burn more calories. HIIT helped me lose 70lbs over the past 2 years.
From 220lbs to now weighing 150lbs.. one thing I had to keep in mind was.. in order to maintain a healthy weight, the calories I burned had to be greater than my daily caloric intake. The theory sounds simple, and going to the gym is a great choice, but I also had to practice the importance of maintaining regular exercise habits.
After a lot of research I discovered that I needed to burn about a 1,000 calories a day.
This can be done in 1 hour. High octane exercise that forces the body to operate at maximum capacity such as circuit training and interval training, can do the trick.
Try out these exercises. Do them all. Then repeat! (4 sets total) Rest for 20 seconds in between each movement. Add weight training to build muscle mass 3 days a week as well.
