LOS ANGELES - A new study from Ohio State University and Safe Kids Worldwide is sounding the alarm for parents, revealing that many are moving their kids out of booster seats way too soon. 




In fact, the research shows that 4 out of 5 parents transitioned their child out of a booster seat before they were tall enough to use a seat belt properly and safely.
