MINNEAPOLIS - Mayor Jacob Frey has proclaimed the month of February as Black History Month in the City of Minneapolis. Minneapolis is proud to be home to many Black Americans, and Black History Month is a time to celebrate and uplift Black stories across the nation - and here in our city.
