Kelly Clarkson has officially closed the chapter on The Kelly Clarkson Show after seven seasons on daytime television.

The popular talk show aired its final episode on August 31, wrapping up a run that included more than 1,200 episodes and 24 Daytime Emmy Awards. Clarkson's children, River and Remington, joined her for the emotional finale, making the farewell especially personal.

The final episode celebrated the show's history with memorable moments, fan-requested performances and one last edition of Clarkson's signature "Kellyoke" segment.
