They argue that the lyrics used as evidence were recorded long before the murder took place, suggesting that the prosecution is relying on irrelevant material. In a statement, Durk's family condemned the legal process, accusing the government of presenting false evidence to the grand jury in an attempt to frame him. With the trial approaching, the controversy surrounding the case continues to grow, putting Durk's fate in serious jeopardy.
