Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson Maintains His Feelings Toward Vin Diesel: Unlike Him, I Did Not Come From The World Of Theater
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is not backing down from his feelings toward his 'Fast & Furious' co-star, Vin Diesel. In a new interview with Vanity Fair, Dwayne Johnson gets candid about their previous feud and the role he played in the conflict.
As previously reported, back in 2016, Dwayne Johnson called out his male 'Fast & Furious' co-stars on social media. In the post, which has now been deleted, he said,
"Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don't. The ones that don't are too chicken sh** to do anything about it anyway."
Many thought he was referring to Tyrese, as the two also had a very public feud but after Tyrese denied it, others speculated he was addressing Vin Diesel. Speaking on the situation now, Johnson says,
"It caused a firestorm. Yet interestingly enough...[it was] as if every single crew member found their way to me and either quietly thanked me or sent me a note."
"But, yeah, it wasn't my best day, sharing that. I shouldn't have shared that. Because at the end of the day, that goes against my DNA."
Elsewhere in another interview, Vin Diesel also addressed their alleged beef saying as a producer he had to show Johnson some 'tough love.' He added,
"It was a tough character to embody. As a producer to say, 'Okay, we're going to take Dwayne Johnson, who's associated with wrestling, and we're going to force this cinematic world, audience members, to regard his character as someone that they don't know' - Hobbs hits you like a ton of bricks."
On Diesel's comments Johnson said,
"I've been around the block a lot of times. Unlike him, I did not come from the world of theater. And, you know, I came up differently and was raised differently. And I came from a completely different culture and environment. And I go into every project giving it my all. And if I feel that there's some things that need to be squared away and handled and taken care of, then I do it. And it's just that simple."
"So when I read that, just like everybody else, I laughed. I laughed hard. We all laughed. And somewhere I'm sure Fellini is laughing too."

He also expressed his agreement on his Instagram Story, writing:
"This gone make n***as slam they iPhone on the floor @fatjoe [insert laughing emojis]."
Since comparing DaBaby to Tupac, Fat Joe has been slammed by many. In response to the criticism, the "What's Luv?" rapper recently addressed the matter on social media and stood by his claims. He tweeted:
"No ones 2pac there's only one but I was asked the question and da baby a super real one he lives what he raps about."
He also said on Instagram,
"By the way, I knew Tupac Shakur in real life. Not as a mythical person. I knew the man in real life. He was the realest rapper ever. So now when I think 'Pac-not just musically or whatever the case may be-I'm thinking DaBaby a real one. Certified real one, whether you like him or you don't like him or whatever, I believe he lives what he raps. And that's very much like Tupac."

Cardi B Explains Why She No Longer Speaks About Politics: I Was Tired Of Getting Bullied
There is no room for bullies in Cardi B's life.
Rapper Cardi B, 29, is known for speaking her mind, however, on recent political issues, that has not been the case. Now in a new tweet, the mother of two is opening up on why she is no longer addressing politics.
In response to a fan questioning her silence, Cardi B said,
"I was tired of getting bullied by the republicans and also getting bashed by the same people I was standing up for."
During the 2020 Presidential Election, Cardi was very transparent about her concerns and support for the Biden/Harris Administration. In an interview with now President Joe Biden, the 'Fast 9' actress addressed COVID-19, medical care, and the Black Lives Matter movement. She said,
"And I want Black people to stop getting killed and no justice for it. I'm sick of it. I just want laws that are fair to Black citizens and fair to cops, too..."
Following her interview, Cardi B addressed Republicans calling her a 'pawn' in Joe Biden's campaign. The 'Up' rapper took to social media to address her critics saying,
"Republicans like Candace [Owens], Shapiro, Fox news made fun of me ,talk so much s*** about me and my song 'WAP'. They said Biden use me as a pawn then weeks later we seen a list of rappers and artists that Trump was trying to reach out to and to pay for support a list that included my name."
"I never got payed a dollar from Biden I just wanted to get to know him and open my fans up to the importance of voting. Im so proud of all these celebs who uses their platform and for the people who went out and voted WE DID IT! Don't let nobody down play you for what you doing that's how they try to take away your power .YOUR POWER IS YOUR VOICE! Congrats Biden! Your family here, and in Heaven are very proud of you! Also congratulations to Kamala you made history!"

Gabrielle Union Says Before Acting She Wanted To Be A Video Vixen & Auditioned For Tupac: I Had Such Low Self-Esteem
Before joining the casts of our favorite TV shows and movies, Gabrielle Union had her eyes set on becoming a highly sought-after video vixen.
In a new interview, the 48-year-old author explains that initially, she did not want to act but instead had a desire to become a successful video girl.
In an effort to pay for college, Gabrielle Union says she took an internship at a talent agency. She said,
"So I got this internship in my last year of school, and I was like the office gofer, help, or whatever, and I worked in the kids department. So we were working with Hayden Panetierre and Jessica Biel and Shane West and all of those young child actors. I'd talk to their parents and managers and whatnot, and when my internship ended, they were like, 'Would you ever consider being our client and us representing you."
Union shared she was hesitant due to low self-esteem and instead was very determined to become the next big-time video vixen. She added,
"Mind you, I had such low self-esteem, I wanted to be a video h** so bad. That's all I wanted. I didn't wanna be in movies, I didn't wanna be in commercials, I wanted to be the chosen video h**."
"Well, that's what we called them then, now they are 'video vixens', 'IG models,' yeah. But I wanted to be like a hot b***h, except I lacked all of the necessary accouterment like big boobs or an a**. It wasn't really the desired look at the time. I was literally auditioning for the 'California Love' video with Tupac and 20 of his closest friends."
After not receiving a callback for 'California Love,' the L.A. Finest's star eventually tried her hand at acting, and immediately began booking roles.
However, not long after becoming a famed actress, Union's vixen dreams became a reality as she went on to star in Busta Rhymes' 'I Love My Chick,' LL Cool J's 'Paradise,' Montell Jordan's 'You Must Have Been,' and more.

NBA Athlete Karl-Anthony Towns, Who Lost His Mother & Several Family Members To COVID, Reacts To Kyrie Irving's Vaccine Controversy: You Don't Want To Do It, That's Your Choice
Karl-Anthony Towns is addressing the controversy surrounding Kyrie Irving's vaccination status.
As previously reported, Kyrie Irving recently spoke out about not being allowed to play for the Brooklyn Nets because he's unvaccinated. This past Wednesday (Oct. 13th), Kyrie Irving in part said:
"It's not always about the money-it's about choosing what's best for you. You think I really want to lose money? You think I really want to give up on my dream to go after a championship? You think I really just want to give up my job?... You think I want to give up my livelihood because of the mandate, because I don't have accommodations because I'm unvaccinated? C'mon-I'm not gonna be used as a person in this agenda."
Kyrie Irving speaks pic.twitter.com/So7qwh1r2f
— NBA Central (@TheNBACentral) October 14, 2021
Kyrie's statement was in response to the Brooklyn Nets' general manager revealing that he wouldn't be allowed to play until he's vaccinated for COVID-19:
"He has a choice to make, and he made his choice. My job here is to make what we deem as the best choices for the organization moving ahead as a whole. They're not always ones that are going to be met with open arms and thumbs up. These are hard decisions... If he was vaccinated, we wouldn't be having this discussion."
Now, Minnesota Timberwolves player Karl-Anthony Towns is speaking on the matter. For context, Karl-Anthony Towns lost seven family members, including his mother, to coronavirus. When asked for his thoughts on Kyrie's situation, he said:
"I'm obviously a strong believer in the vaccine. I've been through so much and it would be kind of contradictory to not be on the pro-vaccine side. But what I will say is that I believe in choice and I like to give people their choice and I have no problem with people having their choice."
The 25-year-old NBA star went on to add that he believes the decision of whether to get vaccinated is a "human" and "American" right. Karl-Anthony then stated:
"They make their own decisions on their own bodies and their own families. I have no ill will towards that. The only thing I would say is just don't give me a bulls**t excuse why [you don't get the vaccine]. You don't want to do it, that's your choice."
