The multi-talented entertainer's interview with Shannon Sharpe was released today (Apr. 24) and, as expected, she didn't hold back. One of the people Amanda Seales had smoke for during the 3-hour conversation was sports analyst Emmanuel Acho, 33. As previously reported, earlier this month Emmanuel Acho was slammed by critics for controversial remarks he made on TV while giving his opinion on recently drafted WNBA player Angel Reese. At the time, the 21-year-old made headlines for a tearful LSU post-game interview she gave reflecting on the death threats and unwarranted hate she's received online.



Speaking on the emotional moment, Acho infamously said,

"I'm about to give a gender-neutral, racially indifferent take...Angel Reese, you can't be the big bad wolf then kind of cry like courage the cowardly dog."

It didn't take long for the masses to come to Angel Reese's defense, and Amanda Seales, 42, is clearly one of the supporters in the Chicago Sky rookie's corner. Speaking on Acho and his choice of words, she passionately said,

"She is a young person! Do you know how disgusting that is and that cornball n*gg* who loves to make himself look like he's the white people's savior!"



After clarifying she was referring to Acho, Seales continued, mocking the former Cleveland Browns player, she said,

"Corny *ss...'Come talk to me, white people, I'm the Black guy that's nice.' Cut it out! It's ridiculous!"

Following his initial statement, Acho did issue somewhat of an apology, saying,

"I understand. I understand. I think life is all about understanding. And so I just want to applaud those publicly, you watching, and those who have privately who have respectfully, the operative word being respectfully, who have respectfully reprimanded me."

 Eddie Murphy & Keke Palmer's New Film Halts Production After Several Crew Members Are Injured On Set In 'Freak Accident'
A new movie starring Eddie Murphy and Keke Palmer has temporarily suspended production.

According to reports, several crew members on the set were injured recently after a car and a truck collided with one another, halting the film's production.

The movie, titled The Pick Up, is reportedly an Amazon MGM studio production. A person close to the project confirmed that multiple staffers were wounded on the Georgia set on Monday (April 22nd) when a truck "locked up" and hit another vehicle. The source stated that injuries included bumps, bruises, and broken bones and that two of the crew members had to be hospitalized, though they're expected to make a full recovery. It's noted that none of the movie's stars, including Eddie Murphy, Keke Palmer, nor Pete Davidson were present when the incident occurred.

The source added that all safety precautions had been taken and the scene was well rehearsed, ultimately attributing the incident to a "freak accident"

They reportedly stated:

"It was a completely freak accident... It wasn't even a complicated or dangerous stunt."

"Unfortunately, the sequence did not go as planned and several members of the crew were injured as a result. We are still in the process of gathering facts on what happened and why, but first and foremost our thoughts are with those who are recovering...The well-being of the entire crew and cast is our first priority, and we will continue to insist on the highest industry standards of safety while filming. All safety precautions were reviewed prior to and monitored during the shoot."

At this time, there have been no key details shared about the victims, nor when production is expected to resume. It does not appear that Eddie Murphy nor Keke Palmer have spoken publicly about the incident.

Country Star Jimmie Allen Contemplated Suicide After Being Sued For Sexual Assault By Former Manager, Was 'Putting Bullets' In His 'Gun Clip' When A Friend Text Him
Jimmie Allen considered taking his life after his former manager accused him of sexually assaulting her in a lawsuit. After the claims were filed in court in May 2023, Jimmie Allen confessed to having a "sexual relationship" with the woman for nearly two years, however, he insisted that he never assaulted her and that their interactions were consensual. She dropped the lawsuit last month.

The 38-year-old country star is now detailing the aftermath of the claims, confessing that he contemplated suicide.

He spoke about his and the former manager's relationship in a conversation with Kathie Lee Gifford shared on his YouTube channel Tuesday (April 23), and said,

"She was my day-to-day manager, so she was with me everywhere I went. We'd hook up then we'd stop, and then when we'd stop . . . she'd get all sad and upset, so to make her feel better, we'd start hooking up again. I should've seen that she was into me. For me, even though it was just physical, I think for her it was getting emotional."

He said he was "confused," "heartbroken" and "pissed off" when she sued him.

"It's someone who'd become a friend. I knew it was wrong because I'm in a relationship. That's what I'm willing to take accountability for ... For the longest time, in my head, I remember thinking, 'As long as I'm providing for my wife and my children, I have the freedom to do whatever I want.' That's not the right mentality. It's wrong. I made a commitment. I should've either stuck with it or ended it."

Amid the drama, Jimmie Allen and his wife, Alexis Gale, who was pregnant with their third child, announced their split. He was suspended from his BBR Music Group label and pulled from last year's CMA Fest. The backlash caused him to consider suicide.

"I was sitting there, and I literally felt like the whole world had just collapsed. 'Cause the first thing my brain goes to is not the career, it's 'How am I going to provide for my kids?' It hit me. My life insurance covers suicide. I don't feel that way now, but in that moment, when you feel like you have nothing in the midst of a society where it's no longer innocent until proven guilty... [people think,] 'she said this, so it must be true.'"

Detailing his dark moments, he said he was "putting bullets" in his "gun clip" when a friend reached out via text.

"My friend Chuck texted me ... He said, 'Ending it isn't the answer' ... I just stopped. I remember I called one of my buddies ... He came up. I gave him my gun. I said, 'Take it. I don't need it.' My mom flew in, and then I started receiving phone calls from different artists checking in on me, saying they love me, they care about me, they know who I am. Then I started receiving calls from people I didn't even expect. Some of the biggest actors in Hollywood that I've been fans of for years - I've never met - somehow got my phone number and called me."

He added that he also became dependent on drugs but took a hiatus and went to a mental health facility, which he credits for saving his life. He continued,

"Every single day, I remember battling: Do I want to live? Do I not want to live? When bills get due. I'm like, 'Man, my family would have X amount of dollars if I would've took care of something,' but I realized that's not the way to do it. After a few months ... I started to look at the situation different. It went from, 'God, why is this happening to me?' to 'God, what am I supposed to learn?' ... I went from hating her to a little bit kind of feeling bad for her, trying to understand what was going on in her life that she needed to do this. How did I not make myself available for a conversation about her feelings? [I want] to continue to be honest with myself and being honest with everyone else."

Tamar Braxton Says 'All Money Ain't Good Money' As She Reveals She's Had 'Conversations' To Join 'Real Housewives of Atlanta'
In an alternative universe, Tamar Braxton might be a peach holder!

Monday night (Apr. 22) the 4-time Grammy-nominated artist dished on the ins and outs of her world with well-known producer Carlos King at his sold-out "Reality With The King" tour stop in Atlanta. They also touched on pop-culture news during their chat and Tamar Braxton shared she's a little "concerned" about the future of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." Her worries about the Bravo reality series may not be shocking as many have expressed apprehension surrounding the franchise and its main cast shake-up. As previously reported, "RHOA" is undergoing major reconstruction ahead of season 16. Reportedly, the only ladies currently confirmed for the next season are Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams.

However, Bravo producers seemingly tried to get Tamar Braxton to join the series, an offer she ultimately turned down. After Carlos King asked "The One" singer why she walked away from the potential peach-holding opportunity, Tamar took a brief pause and then shared,

"I've had conversations but the truth is, there's just no way I'm going to sit for make-up, get a wig put on, get my make-up beat, to argue with a bunch of b*tches for nothing. I can't do it."

As audience members chimed in with opinions of a large payment being reason enough to join the cast, Tamar said,

"Let me tell you something, all money ain't good money. It's just not, and this is what I said, 'What's for me won't miss me.' It's not worth my mental to sit up here and get into an argument with another Black beautiful woman about nothing so other people can think this is what we're about. At some point, you have to [take] responsibility for what you put on the TV screen."

She added,

"I don't want to be a part of that kind of television. I want to make feel good, funny, good, relatable, epic television [and] that's not that for me."

Comedian Tiffany Haddish has been committed to making a change in her life and said she's seen a positive outcome.

The "Night School" actress recently revealed that she's been on a six-month healing journey free of any alcohol or sex, and claimed the changes have drastically improved her well-being.

Tiffany Haddish talked about the matter during a recent interview. After reflecting on her past few years, which included the death of a loved one, grooming accusations, and a career-damaging lawsuit, as well as two DUI arrests, the entertainer explained where she is presently in life, stating:

 "I'm very sober...I haven't had a drink since [the incident]."



She added:

"When I sit back and look at my life, everything that's crazy that's happened is because somebody or myself had alcohol in their system."

Listing all the benefits she's seen as a result of her cleanse, Tiffany Haddish encouraged others to try an alcohol detox, continuing:

 "This is my challenge to people. Stop drinking for six months and just see how your life changes...You're going to have your snatched body back, you're going to see your relationships will be better and you'll stop dealing with people you don't need to be dealing with. My issue was, I was waking up next to ugly men."

Haddish went on to state that for her, abusing alcohol went hand-in-hand with her poor decisions to sleep with certain men. If you recall, the singer hasn't gone public with another relationship since her brief romance with rapper Common ended in 2021. The entertainers dated for a year and split after Common "suddenly" broke up with Haddish via phone call, according to her.

Following the breakup, Haddish faced "cancellation" after she and her fellow comedian Aries Spears were accused of grooming children in a lawsuit that ultimately ended with a settlement. The jokester was candid about the damage the situation caused to her reputation and career and went on to be arrested on her first DUI charge shortly after, and again in December of last year.

Despite the turbulence of her life lately, however, Haddish said she is now feeling better than she has in a while because of her lifestyle changes, adding in the interview:

"I'm happy...I'm genuinely happy."

The Basketball Wives star was seen posing and smiling in new photos taken from prison. Her friend, who goes by @raquelrasha on Instagram, shared the pictures of Brittish Williams on Wednesday (April 24).

Brittish Williams was sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to 15 felony charges including tax fraud, bank fraud, insurance fraud, and her involvement in three pandemic loan schemes.

She confessed to the crimes including falsifying her income taxes from 2017 to 2019 and lying about her nieces and nephews being her dependents to avoid paying nearly $30,000 in owed taxes. She used other people's social security cards to open new bank accounts and stole checks from other victims before depositing the money into her false accounts. She racked up nearly $24,000 in stolen funds.

She also used coronavirus pandemic loans to fund her luxury lifestyle after receiving about $52,000.

She was sentenced to four years in prison and ordered to pay $564,000 in restitution. She appealed the sentence as excessive, stating that she was being used as an example because of her celebrity status. She went MIA when she was supposed to surrender and was later detained to begin her sentence earlier this year.

Her ex-fiancé Lorenzo Gordon was indicted in January for coronavirus loan fraud after previously claiming he had no idea about Brittish's crimes.

Video footage of rapper-turned-reality-star Scrappy's intense confrontation with his ex-wife Bambi is currently circulating online.

The former couple engaged in a fierce argument about the nature of their relationship in the latest episode of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta," which started after the musician refused to shake his ex's hand.

Scrappy and Bambi, along with several of their co-stars, were attending an event together when the blowup happened. The ex-spouses, who married in 2017 and divorced in 2023, came face to face in the episode as they were encouraged by their castmates to show a friendly gesture by shaking hands. Scrappy, however, quickly made it clear he had no intentions of doing so, arguing that co-parenting is gesture enough. He said:

"We're parents...we don't do hugs."

After settling on a fist bump, however, the "Head Bussa" rapper accused Bambi of pretending to get along with him to save face in front of their friends. Scrappy claimed that in text messages, he's often insulted by his ex-wife and accused her of lying about how she treats him. Bambi reversely challenged her ex to give proof of his accusations and claimed he's just upset he no longer has her, stating:

"You are just mad because you will never get it again."

Becoming overwhelmed with tears, Bambi labeled her former hubby "ungrateful" for not appreciating how she paid half their bills, carried his three youngest children - Xylo, Breland, and Cali - and still held her own career.

Their TV co-stars all seemed to be uncomfortable being in the middle of the situation but were unsuccessful at calming things down. Scrappy finally exited the scene, leaving some of the women to comfort Bambi. Reacting to the clip, social media users seem to understand both sides of the situation. Some feel Scrappy didn't owe a handshake while others expressed empathy for Bambi.

He added as a caption to the post:

Simon Guobadia uploaded the images from his night out with Shereé Whitfield and other friends to his Instagram page yesterday (Tuesday, April 23rd). The photos showed the Real Housewives of Atlanta vet smiling and snapping selfies of herself alongside Guobadia and others. As a caption to one post, Guobadia wrote:

"Great breaking bread with good and loyal friends. #loyalfriends"

Adding on another:

"A good time was had. Good people o."

Some social media users began slamming Guobadia and Whitfield for the meet-up, claiming they're only hanging out to spite Guobadia's estranged wife Porsha Williams. As you may know, the former couple announced their split in February following 15 months of marriage. They have since been going through a very public and messy divorce.

Whitfield is not the only one of Porsha Williams' associates who has caught flack for hanging out with Guobadia amid their breakup. As we reported in March, Bravo alum Nene Leakes was also spotted spending personal time with Guobadia and others, sparking criticism online and tension between her and Williams.

Nene Leakes claimed in a subsequent video that Williams told her she was upset that she hadn't checked on her since announcing her divorce, but was hanging out with Guobadia. It does not appear that Whitfield has spoken out about her linking up with Guobadia publicly at this time.

Update: Diddy's Assistant Pleads Not Guilty After Officially Being Charged w/ Felony Drug Possession
Update: (Apr. 24, 2024): Things aren't looking too good for one of Diddy's associates.

According to a report from TMZ, the record executive's assistant Brendan Paul has officially been charged with one felony count of drug possession. For our readers not tuned into the ongoing legal problems surrounding Diddy, 25-year-old Paul was arrested on March 25 at the Miami Opa-Locka Airport, the same day the "Tell Me" artist had his Miami and Los Angeles homes raided by Homeland Security.

At the time of the incident, arresting officers reportedly claimed Paul had,

"contraband inside his personal travel bags ... [and] the suspect cocaine was located and tested."

However, Paul, who was characterized as Diddy's gun and drug "mule" in a lawsuit filed by music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones, pleaded not guilty. His legal representative conveyed:

"We will be dealing with this case in the courtroom, not the court of public opinion."

Original Story: (Mar. 26, 2024): More details have surfaced in the serious allegations surrounding Diddy.

According to a report from Rolling Stone, A 25-year-old man named Brendan Paul - who was labeled in a lawsuit as Diddy's gun and drug "mule" - was arrested Monday (Mar. 25) on cocaine and marijuana possession charges. the lawsuit brought by music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones against Diddy, real name Sean Combs, accused Paul of "acquir[ing] and distribut[ing] Mr. Combs drugs and guns."

Paul was taken into custody at the Miami Opa-Locka Airport around 4:30 p.m. local time, according to the report. The arrest affidavit purportedly noted the police were working alongside Homeland Security agents to make the arrest. It's unclear where Paul was going, or if the arrest had anything to do with the raids.

As we recently covered, Diddy's Miami and Los Angeles homes were raided yesterday (Mar. 25) by Homeland Security as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation. It's reported that Diddy wasn't at any of his properties when the searches occurred, but he was spotted at the same airport where Paul's arrest took place later on that day. The "Act Bad" artist wasn't arrested, but authorities reportedly took his phones ahead of his scheduled departure to the Bahamas.

Reportedly, officers who arrested Paul claimed he had,

"the contraband inside his personal travel bags ... [and] the suspect cocaine was located and tested."

He's purportedly being held on two $2,500 bonds for two charges - cocaine possession and possession of a controlled substance - at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

According to Jones' sexual assault and harassment lawsuit, he saw firsthand Paul "acquire and distribute" drugs to Diddy and his associates.

The suit claimed,

"Members of the enterprise and their associates procured, transported and distributed ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, mushrooms, and tuci by packing these substances in their carry-on luggage and going through TSA."
