'RHOSLC' Star Jen Shah's Telemarketing Scheme Victim Claims To Have Suffered From Heart Attacks Due To The TV Personality Scamming Her Out Of Money: My Overall Health Is Forever Changed
A 60-year-old woman is demanding that 'The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star Jen Shah pay the full price for what she allegedly did to her.
If you didn't know, this past July, Jen Shah pled guilty to money-swindling after she was suspected to be the ring leader of a nationwide telemarketing scheme. The notorious scam reportedly targeted hundreds of elderly individuals, and because of the heinous crime, she was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
Jen Shah's sentencing date has been set for January 6, 2023, and she's facing up to 14 years behind bars. During a recent episode of 'The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,' the 49-year-old revealed that she had been suicidal amid the legal situation, which ultimately led to a hospital visit.
However, one of her unnamed victims seemingly has no sympathy for Shah and is severely struggling due to her hefty debt that was acquired following the Housewife and her unruly coin-collecting circus.
According to RadarOnline, the woman gave an emotional statement in her letter to the judge, and it's in her wishes that Shah receives the entire 14-year sentence and runs her the cash she's cost her.
She argued that Shah's immoral acts had not only put a massive strain on her bank account but on her well-being... as a whole.
The accuser wrote,
"Not only has [Shah's] actions caused financial stress for me, I have suffered emotional and physical stress due to her actions as ell. My overall health is forever changed."
Apparently, the Bravolite, along with her "team," were aiding others in launching their own websites to sell an array of products that would generate a lucrative income. Shah's alleged prey said that she continued to provide a fee while trusting their word that the business would soon offer a promising potential. Eventually, she realized that there was no profit to show for it, and she accumulated over $30,000 in debt.
She told the court:
"Sleeping at night became increasingly difficult because I was constantly worried about my finances. I only had a small pension. It was not enough to pay my mortgage, utilities, household expenses, [and] monthly credit card payments across four different accounts."
The woman ultimately suffered a heart attack but still pursued a career at Shah's company until she experienced another heart attack, which was supposedly a result of her financial frenzy.
"I believe that I should receive full restitution from Jennifer Shah to cover the entire amount that I invested and lost as a result of her fraudulent activities."
She's asking for double what she was gypped out of.
Shah has yet to respond to the claims publicly.
Over a week ago, she took to her Instagram account to announce that she would not be attending the reunion show for 'The Real Housewives Salt Lake City' after Bravo's initial de-invitation.
"I was informed by Bravo executives that I was not invited to attend Season 3 Reunion. I was disappointed because I would have no venue to confront inaccuracies and address my storyline with cast members."
"Two and a half weeks ago, I was invited to attend. I was elated to learn I would no have a voice at the reunion. I was clear with Bravo that out of respect for the courts and a standing judicial order, I would not be in a position to discuss anything related to my legal case or sentencing."
Shah concluded with:
"Bravo found this unsatisfactory and said they expected to discuss this 'storyline.' That expectation has no regard for me or my family's well-being; so under legal advice, I will not be attending reunion. I need to focus on the most important thing in my life-my family."

Bella Thorne Recalls Almost Being 'Fired Off The Disney Channel' At 14 For Wearing a Bikini 'On The Beach'
Bella Thorne's wardrobe almost cost her job at Disney Channel.
In a recent interview, "Shake It Up" star Bella Thorne reminisced on the instances where she felt sexualized during her teenage years. Recalling a time when Disney Channel almost terminated her for wearing a bikini to the beach, Bella Thorne shared:
"One time I almost got fired off the Disney Channel because I was 14, and I wore a two-piece on the beach."
"This stylist that I was hanging out with put this chain on me that's, like, a body chain. I don't know? I don't care. There was a fan, they got a photo of me on the beach. I almost got fired. It was all over the media, it was literally viral in that time. It was, 'How dare this little girl do this? This is so disgusting.'"
Thorne appeared alongside "Euphoria" star Zendaya on "Shake It Up" from 2010 to 2013. She explained that people were "putting Disney under pressure" to give her the boot, but ultimately they didn't. The 25-year-old actress explained:
"They were like, 'Hey, we're getting a lot of heat for this. Everyone's getting heat for this because you're in a bikini on a beach, so she needs to make sure she goes out in boy shorts and a loose t-shirt next time she's at the beach.'"
During the podcast episode, the Florida native also recounted a disturbing incident that occurred four years before that. She said:
"I had a director give me feedback once and I was 10. The casting director calls my agent and the agent calls my mom, and they're like, 'So she's not moving forward because the director felt like she was flirting with him, and it made him really uncomfortable.'"
"What the f*ck are you talking about, man?! I don't give a f*ck what the fuck I said! I don't care if I said, 'Eat my p*ssy right now!' She is 10 years old. Why ever would you think that?"

Trey Songz, Celina Powell
Celina Powell Reiterates Claim That Trey Songz Sexually Abused Her Amid Singer's Multiple Assault Accusations: I've Never Lied About The R-Word
Social media model Celina Powell has a few things to add about Trey Songz's abuse allegations.
The socialite gave her alleged horror story encounter with the singer recently, three years after filing a police report accusing Songz of sexual abuse.
In a video nearly three minutes long posted to TikTok, Powell, 27, doubled down on claims the "Bottoms Up" artist previously forced himself on her in 2019. In 2020, the celebrity mistress circulated headlines after going public with her story about Songz, 38, alleging he locked her in a bathroom and made her engage in sexual activities with him. Powell said she decided to share her story again to "be petty," but also warned women to stay away from the entertainer.
As previously reported, Songz has been accused by several women of being physically and sexually violent. Most recently, the R&B star was accused of punching a woman in the face and dragging her by her hair. Reposting an article of his latest abuse allegation, Powell stated:
"This is coming from multiple b*tches....and who was the first one? Me. - And who didn't believe me? Everybody! Why? Because I was a clout chaser, which given, yea I lied about getting pregnant but I've never lied about getting, the r-word,"
Powell went on and gave details about how the incident went down. Allegedly, she and a friend were pulled at a club to join Songz in his section. Subsequently, her phone was confiscated and she was forced to travel with the singer through the remainder of the night. The social influencer claimed she repeatedly asked for her phone back so she could go home, but Songz repeatedly refused. She stated:
"We get into a sprinter van with hella girls, I don't f*ck around like that...If it's not me and you I'm not down. So I then tell Trey like 'yo I'm not with the sh*ts I'm out...I'm not f*cking sitting in a bus full of b*tches it's not me',...he's like 'uh, no you're not', slams the door, pushed me...I'm like 'whatever, wherever we're going I'll just leave from there' "
#greenscreen stay away from this crazy person #fyp #treysongz #TellToryMoveOver

"We go to a strip club, I tell his security like 'hey babe, can I have my phone'...his security was like 'go ask Trey', I go ask Trey, Trey was like 'fuck no, you're not leaving' sat me down and was like 'yo don't f*cking move' "
It seems things only escalated as the evening progressed. Powell continued, alleging she was held against her will and eventually forced into sex, stating:
"The night just keeps getting longer and longer....we go to his house, again I ask (for my phone) he was like 'yo if you ask me one more time I'm gonna throw your phone over the f*cking balcony'. My duma** asked again, and there goes my phone...Then he proceeds to lock me in a f*cking bathroom for hours. My friend comes in and opens the door and finds me and I'm like basically crying, I'm like 'yo we gotta f*cking go'. He then grabs me, throws me in the f*cking room. I leave, I call the cops and yea...stay away from Trey Songz."
After claiming to have been thrown in the room, Powell made a facial insinuation for viewers to fill in the blanks of what happened next. During a 2020 interview, Powell claimed Songz made her have sex with him multiple times. The social media personality added the singer peed on her as well. The two exchanged verbal jabs online following the interview, with Songz denying any wrongdoing. However, Powell went on to post a copy of the police report detailing the incident.

To date, Songz has not been found guilty of any of the abuse claims against him. Though accused several times, most cases have been dismissed.

ABC Issues Apology After Accidentally Using Migos Member Quavo's Photo During Remembrance Tribute To Takeoff
ABC is not America's favorite network right now, and Takeoff fans aren't hesitating to let them know that.
Recently, the famous broadcasting company unveiled the official compilation for their 'The Year: 2022' tribute, which recognized the illustrious lives of icons we've lost over the past year.
The eight-minute video featured Coolio, Irene Cara, Stephen "tWitch" Boss, Sidney Poitier, and (supposedly) Migos rapper Takeoff, among others. However, it quickly went viral-and not so much in a good way-when viewers realized that an image of fellow member Quavo flashed across the screen instead of his late groupmate/nephew, Takeoff.
When speaking of the remembrance visual, an angered Twitter user wrote,
"ABC didn't have anyone that knew which member of The Migos was Takeoff and which was Quavo? SMH."
Following the backlash, ABC's social media team eventually took to their platform and addressed the controversial matter, stating that it was an "unfortunate error." The initial reel has since been deleted and upgraded to the corrected version.
As you may know, in November, 28-year-old Takeoff was fatally shot at a bowling alley in Houston, Texas. Reportedly, the shooting was a result of a dice game gone wrong. Earlier this month, a man by the name of Patrick Xavier Clark was arrested as an alleged suspect in Takeoff's murder case.

The Georgia-born lyricist was one-third of the trap-music trio Migos, who rose to prominence with chart-topping hits such as "Bad and Boujee," "Stir Fry," and "Walk It Talk It."
May Takeoff continue to rest peacefully.

According to London, he ran into the famed comedian/actor while they were both out dining at Nobu and told him to apologize for what he said during his interview with DJ Vlad, 48. Things took a left turn after D.L. Hughley's team allegedly called security on him instead of issuing an apology.
London is known for collaborating with Kanye West on projects including "All Day," and "Can't Stop."

Carl Crawford, Megan Thee Stallion
Update: Megan Thee Stallion Wins Early Round In Contract War Against Estranged Record Label 1501 Certified Entertainment
Update: (Dec. 29, 2022): Megan Thee Stallion has just scored a small win against her estranged record label 1501 Certified Entertainment. According to reports, A Texas judge sided with the "Anxiety" rapper yesterday (Dec. 28) by denying 1501's request that her 2021 album "Something for Thee Hotties" be declared something less than an album under her contract.
This means that Megan's $1 million lawsuit against the label can proceed to trial intact.
As previously reported, the label, owned by Carl Crawford, argued that the court should bypass a trial and rule outright that "Something for Thee Hotties" was not an "album" under Megan's contract because it featured tracks already available and purportedly "failed to follow the proper approval procedures."
Megan disagreed, arguing that she fully complied with the terms of her deal regarding "Something for Thee Hotties."
Original story: (Feb. 23, 2022): It looks like Megan Thee Stallion is suing her record label, again!
According to reports, the "Hot Girl Summer" rapper has filed a new lawsuit against her record label, 1501 Certified Entertainment, over what constitutes an album. This all stems from her 2021 release, Something For Thee Hotties which was a collection of singles that contained all original production, unlike a mixtape. In her suit, Megan Thee Stallion claims 1501 informed her two months after its release that it did not meet the definition of an "Album" under her recording agreement, and therefore did not satisfy her contract's "Minimum Recording Commitment."
According to the suit, Megan and her attorney's had a difference of opinion, stating that,
"'Something for Thee Hotties' clearly meets the definition of 'Album' under the recording agreement because it is not less than forty-five (45) minutes in length."
According to her lawyers, the only requirement in Megan's contract to define what constitutes an album is a length of 45 minutes or more. Reportedly, Megan Thee stallion is seeking a non-monetary declaratory judgement that the record meets the definition of an album, satisfying the terms of her contract and attorney's fees. Her legal team believes the label wants to keep her locked in her contract for longer, so they can profit from her sales.
Megan Thee Stallion
1501 Certified Entertainment owner Carl Crawford wasn't too fond of being sued again by the Houston rapper, and took to Instagram to share his thoughts. He wrote,
"We're Not bullying nobody.. That's yet ANOTHER LIE and fake narrative made up by some of the best PR people u would ever come across #Nowwhatsreallyreal"
He then posted an emoji of a pinocchio nose, seemingly implying that someone is lying.
He then shared his frustrations with being sued 3 times by Megan The Stallion and her team.
"I've been sued 3 times by the same people and I'm the bully?"

Whoopi Goldberg Apologizes Again For Controversial 'Holocaust Was Not About Race' Remarks Following Accusations She Was 'Doubling Down' On Them
Whoopi Goldberg is, once again, addressing her holocaust comments - but she is not doubling down on them.
The Sister Act star found herself at the center of controversy and a two-week suspension from The View when she said earlier this year that the holocaust was
"not about race."
Since then, Whoopi Goldberg took part in an interview with the Sunday Times of London to promote Till, the film in which she plays Alma Carthan, the mother of civil rights pioneer Mamie Till-Mobley, whose 14-year-old son, Emmett Till, was tortured and killed in 1955. While on the topic of race, Whoopi Goldberg seemed to reiterate her past controversial remarks.
She is now apologizing after sparking controversy ... again.
In a statement released via her rep, Goldberg said,
"Recently while doing press in London, I was asked about my comments from earlier this year. I tried to convey to the reporter what I had said and why, and attempted to recount that time. It was never my intention to appear as if I was doubling down on hurtful comments, especially after talking with and hearing people like rabbis and old and new friends weighing in."
"I'm still learning a lot and believe me, I heard everything everyone said to me. I believe that the Holocaust was about race, and I am still as sorry now as I was then that I upset, hurt and angered people. My sincere apologies again, especially to everyone who thought this was a fresh rehash of the subject. I promise it was not. In this time of rising antisemitism, I want to be very clear when I say that I always stood with the Jewish people and always will. My support for them has not wavered and never will."
BREAKING: Whoopi Goldberg is back on #TheView after her two-week suspension from the show pic.twitter.com/Epg8clumtE
— The Chat (@LiveOnTheChat) February 14, 2022
While suspended from The View, Goldberg, who makes $5 million per year from the popular talk show, was without pay - meaning the EGOT entertainer reportedly lost out on a $192,000 paycheck during her hiatus.
During her interview with the Sunday Times, Goldberg indicated there is a debate about whether Jews are a race or a religious community. She said,
"My best friend said, 'Not for nothing is there no box on the census for the Jewish race. So that leads me to believe that we're probably not a race.'"
"The oppressor is telling you what you are. Why are you believing them? They're Nazis. Why believe what they're saying?"
What are your thoughts on the entire situation? Let us know in the comments!

T.J. Holmes Files For Divorce From Estranged Wife Marilee Fiebig Amid Amy Robach Affair
It looks like T.J. Holmes will be a single man soon, at least legally speaking.
According to new reports, "Good Morning America" anchor T.J. Holmes has filed for divorce from his wife Marilee Fiebig in New York City on Wednesday (Dec. 28.). The couple's split comes two days after T.J. Holmes was reportedly spotted at an Atlanta airport with ABC news reporter Amy Robach.
T.J. Holmes, Marilee Fiebig & their daughter
This development follows after paparazzi captured the journalist getting close to Amy Robach, 49, on numerous occasions in November.
As previously reported, the alleged couple made headlines after news broke that they were having an affair. Images went viral online of the pair holding hands in a car and enjoying drinks at a bar. One picture even showed Holmes touching his colleague's butt as she puts items in the trunk of a car. A source said:
"They always had a spark and their work trips away together brought them even closer."
The pair have been working together since the fall of 2020 when they headlined "GMA3: What You Need to Know," both reporters were married at the time. The insider noted that Robach and Holmes, 45, "have been trying to keep their relationship a secret until they were ready to announce."
Holmes tied the knot with Marilee Fiebig in 2010, three years after leaving his ex-wife Amy Ferson. Fiebig and Holmes share one child together, daughter Sabine. The media personality shares 2 more children, Brianna and Jaiden, with his first wife.
Holmes previously bragged about life as a family man over the years. He said:
"My family and I are closer, my individual net worth has gone up every year since we met, I've learned a second language, I'm healthier, I use the N-word less, I listen to Sunday church service more, I'm a better friend, I'm more forgiving than I used to be, I'm more involved in charitable work."
In 2014, Holmes wrote:
"In every way, I'm better off because I'm married. So, for me, a successful marriage has revolved around this principle: I like who I am with her."
T.J Holmes & his daughter
Six years later, the CNN correspondent doubled down on those comments, while reflecting on his marriage to Fiebig amid their 10th anniversary. He said:
"Asking her for another 10 years would be asking too much. Another 10 months? That may even be a stretch. If she gave me another 10 weeks, I should consider myself lucky. If she puts up with me another 10 days, I'd be grateful."
"But if she would even spare another 10 minutes of her time for me today, I should consider myself blessed. This is MARILEE FIEBIG HOLMES, y'all. And I, T. J. Holmes, do solemnly swear ... that I .... was HER #decadechallenge."
In Robach's case, she married Andrew Shue in 2010, two years after leaving her first husband Tim McIntosh, with whom she shares daughters Ava, 19, and Analise, 16.

Bill Cosby Announces Potential Comedy Tour For 2023 Not Long After Being Hit w/ New Sexual Assult Lawsuit: When I Come Out of This, I Feel That I Will Be Able To Perform & Be The Bill Cosby That My Audience Knows Me To Be
Bill Cosby might be going on tour!
The controversial comedian, once praised as "America's Favorite Dad," is looking to return to his field following several allegations of sexual assault from multiple women and a prison stint. During a surprise Dec. 28 radio interview, Bill Cosby, 85, said,
"When I come out of this, I feel that I will be able to perform and be the Bill Cosby that my audience knows me to be."
In response to whether 2023 may be a year for touring, Bill Cosby replied,
"Yes. Yes, because there's so much fun to be had in this storytelling that I do. Years ago, maybe 10 years ago, I found it was better to say it after I write it."
Cosby was found guilty of a felony sexual assault charge in Pennsylvania in April 2018. He spent nearly three years in prison before being freed in 2021 after the Supreme Court overturned his conviction. Earlier this year, the Pennsylvania native was found liable by a California jury in a civil case of sexually abusing a then-teenage girl in 1975.
And as previously reported, five more women have launched a lawsuit against Cosby and NBC, which served as the studio for the hit sitcom "The Cosby Show." Lili Bernard, Eden Tirl, Jewel Gittens, Jennifer Thompson, and former Hollywood producer Cindra Ladd claim Cosby either sexually assaulted them or coerced them into having sex.
Four of the allegations are from the late 1980s or early 1990s when the actor's career was at its peak as the star of "The Cosby Show." The lawsuit was made possible by a New York state statute that temporarily suspends the statute of limitations for prior sexual assault claims.
The comedian is "looking at spring/summer to start touring," according to Cosby's agent Andrew Wyatt.
Are you planning to see Bill Cosby on tour? Let us know in the comments!
