Motley Crue will launch the Return of the Carnival of Sins tour next summer, the band announced. The 33-date run will feature support from Tesla and Extreme.

Motley Crue bassist and co-founder Nikki Sixx said fans can expect changes to the band's set list for the upcoming tour.

"A big part of the conversation is, like, obviously the fans want to hear the hits," Sixx said during an interview with Corey of WMMS. "But also, what can we bring in there that fans haven't heard as much? There are so many cool songs."

Sixx added that the band plans to solicit input from fans about which songs they want to hear on the tour.

"At some point here, we're going to get an opportunity to ask the fans what they're interested in hearing," he said. "We can kind of pick and choose through that and salt and pepper our set with some deeper songs."

Sixx cited recent performances of "On With the Show" during the band's Las Vegas residency as examples of deeper tracks that have resonated with longtime fans. He noted that some songs are "really fun that not everybody knows," referencing tracks from earlier albums such as "Live Wire" and "Starry Eyes."

"We haven't figured out the set list, because the set list will also dictate some things that we do with the show," Sixx said. "But we're really excited. This is the fun part for us. There's the creation of something we're excited to do, and then we get to play it for the fans."

In a 2024 interview with UCR, Sixx discussed the ongoing challenge of crafting a set list that satisfies both casual and longtime fans.

"You have those fans that say you should only play deep tracks. And then there are the fans that only want to hear the hits," he said. "We try to balance with new stuff and old stuff and be aware of what people want. It's a little difficult, but it's fun to do those old songs."

Sixx said the band recently added "On With the Show" and removed "Don't Go Away Mad," noting that "it's a struggle" to decide what to include.

In addition to the Las Vegas residency, Motley Crue recently celebrated the 40th anniversary of their "Theatre of Pain" album by releasing an expanded box set featuring bonus material, including a previously unreleased live concert from Long Beach, California, on vinyl.

According to the band, it was a relatively quiet year, in part due to frontman Vince Neil's recovery from a series of strokes in recent years that required an extended period of recuperation.

Las Vegas Grand Prix Teardown: Traffic Update and What to Expect

The aftermath of the Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix means a major, phased restoration of traffic flow around the Strip. While setup took weeks, teardown is expected to move faster, with Las Vegas Boulevard set to return to 95 percent capacity by Thanksgiving. Here's a breakdown of road impacts and timelines as crews dismantle the F1 circuit:

Las Vegas Boulevard

  • Through midnight Wednesday: Only one southbound lane open as barriers are removed.
  • Dec. 1-5: Track lighting removal nightly, midnight to 9 a.m. Southbound reduced to one lane; three northbound lanes remain open.

  • Southbound lanes and the sidewalk in front of Bellagio are closed for Fountain Club teardown through Dec. 26. After that, one lane and the sidewalk remain closed Dec. 27-30.
  • Materials blocking pedestrian bridge views will be gone by Monday.

    Koval Lane

  • Dec. 8-12: Track barrier removal, overnight (9 p.m. to 6 a.m.), one lane open each direction.
  • Dec. 15-19: Track lighting removal, overnight (9 p.m. to 6 a.m.), one lane open each direction.

    Harmon Avenue

  • Dec. 1-5: Barrier removal, traffic restrictions at Koval and Harmon.
  • Nov. 30-Dec. 12: Temporary bridge dismantling, Harmon closed overnight (9 p.m. to 8 a.m.).

  • Dec. 8-12: Track lighting removal, overnight (9 p.m. to 6 a.m.), one lane open each direction.

    Sands Avenue

  • All barriers and lighting to be removed by Thanksgiving; work started Sunday.

    Flamingo Road Bridge

  • Temporary bridge over Koval removed Dec. 14-19; full intersection closure for six days.

    Key Takeaways

  • Expect overnight lane closures and detours, especially around the Bellagio, Koval, Harmon, and Flamingo.
  • Most major restrictions are scheduled to be lifted before Christmas, with final cleanup on some sidewalks and lanes into late December.

  • Teardown is significantly faster than the build, but drivers should plan for delays and reduced speed limits through the holiday season.

Stay up to date with official traffic advisories for the latest changes.

The Las Vegas Valley has made a remarkable recovery in employment since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, surpassing the number of jobs lost during the crisis. According to a study from the National Association of Home Builders, Las Vegas initially lost 277,900 jobs in 2020, accounting for roughly 26 percent of its workforce. By August of this year, the region had reached 109 percent of its pre-pandemic employment levels.

This rebound follows a period when Southern Nevada's economy, heavily reliant on tourism and casinos, was hit hard by shutdowns. Unemployment in the area soared from around 4 percent in February 2020 to 34 percent in April 2020, but as of August, the jobless rate had dropped to 5.6 percent.

Despite these gains in employment, the housing market in Las Vegas has not fully recovered. The area's real estate sector experienced a surge during the pandemic due to low mortgage rates, but prices remain near record highs and rates, though declining, are still elevated. Many potential buyers are priced out, and homeowners with low-rate mortgages secured during the pandemic are reluctant to sell. As a result, homebuilding has slowed, and some experts see the sluggish housing market as a potential warning sign for the broader economy.

Las Vegas' economic trajectory highlights the uneven nature of recovery across different sectors, with jobs rebounding strongly but housing affordability and activity still lagging behind.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The Columbus Crew's stadium has a new name.

The team and Scotts Miracle-Gro, a lawn and garden product company based in Marysville, Ohio, announced Tuesday they have reached a multi-year agreement to rename the Crew's 20,371-seat home as ScottsMiracle-Gro Field. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Crew owner Dr. Pete Edwards said the partnership was 15 years in the making. Scotts Miracle-Gro, headquartered in Marysville, has served as the team's lawn care and gardening partner for several years.

"We're thrilled that ScottsMiracle-Gro Field will welcome our fans and supporters to Crew games and many other events for decades to come," Edwards said. "The Columbus Crew is all about local, so it only made sense that our major partner be a local company. Our DNA is Columbus and community."

The stadium, located downtown in the Arena District, originally opened in 2021 as Lower.com Field, named after a central Ohio mortgage company. The parties recently announced the end of that naming-rights agreement. The facility is the Crew's third permanent home since the club was founded in 1996 as one of Major League Soccer's original teams. The Crew previously played at Ohio Stadium through 1998, then moved to what is now known as Historic Crew Stadium.

The stadium's new name comes amid uncertainty about who will coach the Crew next season. Wilfried Nancy, who led the team to the 2023 MLS Cup and the 2024 Leagues Cup in three seasons, has reportedly agreed to join Celtic FC, a Glasgow-based club in the Scottish Premiership.

The Crew will open the 2026 season on Feb. 21, marking the final campaign before MLS realigns its calendar to a July-through-May schedule beginning in 2027.

The Passport Bro movement centers around men-mostly from Western countries-who travel abroad to date, build relationships, or find long-term partners. While opinions about the movement vary widely, several factors contribute to its rise:

Platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram have made it easy for travelers to document their experiences abroad. Videos featuring dating, culture, cost of living, and lifestyle differences have helped fuel interest in exploring relationships outside one's home country.

Some participants say they feel frustrated with dating dynamics, expectations, or social standards in their home countries. They believe that dating abroad offers more traditional values, clearer relationship roles, or more positive interactions.

Flights, remote work, and digital nomad lifestyles have made it easier than ever to visit or live in other countries. Many "Passport Bros" see travel not only as a romantic opportunity but also as a chance for adventure, career freedom, or personal reinvention.

Some men say they seek partners who share specific cultural or relationship values-whether that's family-centered lifestyles, hospitality, or particular traditions-found more readily in other parts of the world.

As more men share experiences, travel tips, and success stories, the movement becomes more appealing to newcomers who feel supported or validated by a like-minded community.

It's important to note that the movement is also controversial. Critics argue that it can:

promote stereotypes about women in other countries

    oversimplify cultural differences

    encourage transactional or imbalanced relationships

overlook the complexities of international dating

Supporters counter that they are simply seeking meaningful relationships and exercising their freedom to date globally.

Don't Spoil Your Appetite; Feed it with Righteousness

Feeding your appetite is more than satisfying hunger; it is about nourishing your spirit with righteous ways of thinking and treating people. Every action does not deserve a reaction, and wisdom is knowing when silence is stronger than words. To speak without defending and listen without offending is to preserve peace while honoring the humanity of others. These practices protect your appetite from being spoiled by bitterness, gossip, or retaliation, which are nothing more than empty calories for the soul.

Discernment is essential, because you cannot trust everything you see - salt and sugar are twins, and what looks sweet may corrode the spirit. Just as we test flavors before consuming them, we must test words, actions, and intentions before allowing them to feed our hearts. Guarding your appetite means refusing to let distractions or negativity take root, and instead choosing to season your words with grace and serve compassion as your main dish.

When we feed our appetite with righteousness, we leave room for legacy. Every choice we make becomes a recipe for generations to taste. By protecting our spirit and hungering for patience, forgiveness, and love, we declare that the devil will not win.

Every good meal begins with something light to awaken the palate, but it also begins with readiness. Here we stay ready to keep from getting ready. Ask about me - I've been ready. Just as we guard our spiritual appetite from being spoiled, we guard our gatherings with preparation and intention. Appetizers and finger foods remind us of this truth: they are small portions served promptly, setting the tone for the feast to come.

So let this recipe be more than a bite; let it be a reminder that feeding your appetite - body and soul - should always begin with readiness, joy, and righteousness.

Spinach Artichoke Dip (Warm & Shareable)

This dip is the appetizer that never disappoints - creamy, savory, and perfect for breaking bread together.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, drained)

    • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped

    • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

    • ½ cup sour cream

    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • Salt & pepper to taste

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

    2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic until smooth.

    3. Fold in spinach and artichokes. Season lightly.

    4. Spread mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

    5. Serve warm with pita chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

Lesson on the plate: Just like this dip blends many flavors into one, righteousness blends patience, compassion, and discernment into a single offering that nourishes everyone at the table.

Ariana Grande says her upcoming "Eternal Sunshine" world tour will be smaller than her previous outings, reflecting a shift in how she approaches life as a touring artist.

In an interview published Nov. 24 in Interview magazine, Grande told Nicole Kidman that the tour will feature about 45 shows, which she described as "at least half of what I used to do."

"We're doing a small amount compared to what I used to do back in the day," Grande said. "It's not that small, but it's at least half of what I used to do."

The 2026 tour will support her No. 1 album, "Eternal Sunshine," released earlier this year, and will mark Grande's return to a full tour after taking time away from music to film the two-part "Wicked" movie adaptation.

Grande said that period helped her reassess her relationship with fame, creativity and the pressures of commercial success. "I've just been healing my relationship to music and touring over the past couple of years," she said, adding that acting allowed her to reconnect with the creative process without the intensity of her earlier pop career.

She said "Eternal Sunshine" helped her rebuild her approach to music. "I think the time away from it helped me reclaim certain pieces of it and put certain feelings that maybe belonged to my relationship to fame...in a box somewhere else," Grande said.

Grande also credited her role as Glinda in "Wicked" with helping her address anxiety from her early success. "I think it just held some traumas for me before, and I feel those dissipating," she said. "That is such an extraordinarily beautiful thing."

She added that she now relies on meditation rather than internalizing public criticism. "Should that dance have to be a part of being an artist, or should that just be put in a box far away from me?" she said.

The "Eternal Sunshine" tour is set to begin in June 2026 in Oakland, California, with dates across North America and Europe, concluding in London in late August.

The Flamingo Las Vegas is set for a series of upgrades as it approaches its 80th anniversary in 2026. Caesars Entertainment has announced plans to unveil a new lobby, center bar, and updated public areas to mark the milestone. The redesigned lobby will feature a 20-seat bar with tabletop gaming and a new VIP check-in area. Bugsy's Bar, located at the heart of the casino floor, will receive a complete reimagination, including a bold new design and an inventive cocktail menu.

These changes are part of the ongoing transformation of the 3,500-room hotel. Recent enhancements at the Flamingo include the addition of Pinky's by Vanderpump, Gordon Ramsay Burger, Havana 1957, and a $20 million makeover of the Go Pool. Looking ahead, Salt & Straw ice cream shop and Category 10, an entertainment venue inspired by country music star Luke Combs, are also slated to open next year.

Dan Walsh, senior vice president and general manager, emphasized that the new designs are intended to complement recent additions and maintain the Flamingo's status as an iconic destination on the Las Vegas Strip. The renovations aim to create modern spaces that still retain the resort's distinctive character, ensuring it remains a vibrant must-visit for years to come.
