For me it's not even the succulent hints of chocolate ganache! I love how the different cheeses add airy fluffiness to the baked Japanese Yams and the Jewel Sweet Potatoes.

It all started with my mother Joslyn's Sweet Potato pie. I ask God to give me a better version of her masterpiece and LOL .. He did!
