My Ticket Home Release New Album "Pure To A Fault" Today + Share "One for the Garden"

Columbus, Ohio quartet MY TICKET HOME - singer Nick Giumenti; drummer Marshal Giumenti; guitarist Matt Gallucci; and guitarist/vocalist Derek Blevins - are thrilled to release their new album PURE TO A FAULT today, November 21. It's the first album from the band, known for their unique brand of "puke rock," in over eight years and is eagerly anticipated by their horde of fans.
PURE TO A FAULT is being released completely independently.
Today, the band has also shared"One for the Garden," a gnarly track with scathing riffs and more hooks than a tackle box.
The album is a rebirth of the band and its members.
Giumenti says, "I am extremely grateful to be making music with my best friends again. Somehow, our time away from the band has made us into better musicians, at least in my opinion. I have re-fallen in love with heavy music during the past couple years, and I think we all wanted to bring a fresh energy back to MTH. No rules, no obligations - just write whatever we want and chase what feels good."
He continues, "We've all got our home studios up and running now, so there is nothing stopping us from creating whatever want. Of course, the fact that this is our first album in several years cannot be ignored. But in truth, we are all just focused on the future. I'm already thinking about what we want to drop next."
Giumenti finishes, "Also, I have to thank everyone who's a been fan and supported the band on these new songs because your response and kindness has been a huge source of energy for us. I still feel like a kid on Christmas each time we release something because I know the second it goes out into the world, it becomes real. I'm extremely proud of this record and it is a personal achievement for us, but there is still so much to do. As I keep reminding myself, this is just the beginning, not the end."

After nearly a decade of silence, My Ticket Home return with Pure To A Fault - their first album in eight years. The record marks a bold new chapter for the Columbus, Ohio quartet, blending the raw intensity and unfiltered emotion that first defined them with a newfound depth and experimentation.
My Ticket Home built their reputation on a sound fans and the band themselves lovingly call "Puke Rock" - a volatile mix of nu metal, alternative rock, and metal, dripping with attitude and authenticity. The band's previous releases, Strangers Only (2013) and unReal (2017), earned critical acclaim for their fearless evolution, bridging aggressive roots with melodic exploration.
On Pure To A Fault, My Ticket Home revisit the energy that fueled their past while diving headfirst into darker, more dynamic territory. The album is heavy, fast, and unflinchingly emotional, yet it also reveals a softer, more experimental side - a reflection of the band's growth and a willingness to push beyond genre confines.
Ahead of the release, the band reignited its connection with fans through four powerful singles - "Tearjoint," "Urethane," "Nothing Lost" (accompanied by a striking music video), and "Flooded Eyes." They also hit the stage once again, playing a series of intimate shows that culminated in a sold-out performance at The Crofoot in Detroit, MI, supporting I Prevail - a night that proved their fire still burns as fiercely as ever.
