 1) I ain't even gne hold you,, when I was coming up ,, I was bad as all get out,, and my gramps use to have hella nicknames for me,, Good Buddy,, Spotey Yotie,, and BiZzY Body was the one that reflected my behavior because I was always into something I shouldn't have been. And BiZzY just stuck!! And when I actually got to professionally making music,, BiZ was what I was always called!! Now,, Da Troof,, was added after my battling and freestyling rap times!! After I rap or perform,, people repeatedly would be like,, BiZ, Da Troof!!! And I liked how it sounded,, so the people basically gave me the second part of my name!! So I trademarked it when I learned it's what needed to be done!!! And that's been my stage name ever since!! 2) Cincinnati, Ohio!!! Cin-City OH-10 til it all ends!! It was a mix of good times and bad times!! I lived in just about every hood we got at 1 point or another!! All the way up to now!! Cincinnati is a city where back when I was coming up,, it will make a man outta you!! I love my city,, and I'm thankful for the thick skin it equipped me with to be out here tryna put the bottom of the heart of it all,, on the map!!! 3) I like to think dropped some heat forreal inna 2010s!! In 2009 going into 2010,, I had a song called "I See The Haterz Hatin" produced by Fee,, I followed it up with See You 2marrow feat. Big Neek and The Great Bam Bino Pro by Big Neek(now known as Neek Cutter),, I joined a faction known as Swagg Music Group AKA Swagg2G and dropped Wildboyz Swagg feat Prince City Pro by myself and O.E.,, Then I split from them and joined Dirty Jerzzz Entertainment and I dropped"Errybody Friends With Me" Pro by me and O.E.,, "Bitch I'm Jerzzz'D Out" Pro by me and O.E.,, My most popular and unkillable record to date "All Night All Day" Pro by me and O.E.,,,"Tha Turn Up Is Real" Pro by me and O.E.,, and "Anotha 1" Pro by Sparkz Tha Trakman!! So from the end of 2009 ta the end of 2019,, I was definitely bussin moves in the booth,, and that don't include records I featured onsuch as "Flat Out" with D.L. Mr. GrownMan,,"Aye Yo" with Bigg BreeZe,,and "We Serious We Live" withDouble Vision and much more!!! 4) I caught an ugly a** case and the state was tryna make an example out of me which sent me to prison!! Forreal not to go into my case,, I really could have been killed!!! But,, Originally I was facing 17-40,, I took a plea for 9,, appealed 2 charges and got 4years knocked off which the state don't wanna admit,, they actually got it lookin like a clerical error that was corrected,, but my "Legal Work" is proof that I had them whooped in court!! I been tryna appeal the 5years i served as well ,, but the state ain't finna let me back in court again!! If I go back and win this time,, they will owe me a big bag,, so they just keep postponing my appeal that I filed while I was down!! So yeah,, I did 4 and a half years,, and got out on parole 6months early,, But the 6months I was still on paper,, in the halfway,, and on the box,, then I ain't get off paper til a few months ago,, so with all they bs,, it was a Nick Bodie 5years,, sho!!! And I was in paper for another year and some change,, so really,, I technically did 6years if you count being on paper!!! Justice System Skepp!!! 5) it's 1 or 2 things different , but for the most part,, it's all business to me!! And I was only gone 5 so,, Ain't much changed to me!! I mean content is a bigger part now more than it ever was before,, it's more folks gettin they movie on and gettin exposed,, but I expected that,, and if you ain't official you ain't gettin paid!! I had to laugh cuz I was still gettin royalty checks when I was down,, so I have to just remember i definitely always took care of business so i just focus on continuing to do that and I figure I'll be aight!! 6)My first single I dropped upon returning to Music is entitled Workin' Naked,, It was Actually me Kind of giving a shout out to the strippers and exotic dancers because the entire time I was down and now that I'm home, all i wanted and continue to want is ta get around some women!! I mean, c'mon,, All I have been doin time with is males,, (Big Pause)and that will never be fa me!!! You hear me?? So needless to say, I ain't goin back!!! And keep in mind Something,, I didn't pick this record as a single,, My circle, my Homies, my team, my DJs,, they were responsible for Workin' Naked becoming single,, not me!!! And,, my most recent single "You Out" which is like an anthem to let the disloyal people who use to be around me know that I'm cuttin them off,, this joint too became a single the same way!!! Personally I Didn't think,, And for that matter, I still don't think that after being down for five Years,, I Truly know what the people wanna hear!!! I don't know what the audience will like,, or what the fans will like!! I'm just in the booth doing what I love to do,, Opinions don't gotta matter to me,, my Circle can tell me what's gne go and what won't!!! 7) Everything is @BiZDaTroof That's ig,, TikTok,, Snap,, Twitter (X)YouTube, Threads,, Facebook,,ITS ALL @BiZDaTroo Send Blog · Share on Facebook · Bookmark on Delicious | Posted by dabeat1037 | Mon, January 5, 2026 at 2:18 PM |

Introduce yourself to 103.7 Da Beat listeners; name and city?
I'm PettyAssPunkin and I am based in Des Moines, Iowa. I was born and raised in Englewood in Chicago Il. I started rapping after living out here in Des Moines for a couple years.
Where did you get your stage name from ?
My stage name reflects my personality. I remember arguing with a friend initially because they thought "PrettyAssPunkin" would be better. It's a lot of women claiming they pretty, imma claim what I been hearing people call me most of my life - so I chose Petty, PettyAssPunkin.
What's life like in Des Moines, Iowa?
Different. I'll start there. I been in survival mode most of my life, Des Moines is somewhere where you get the tools you need to sit down but if you never knew how it's hard.
Tell us about your latest single, "Whatever"? Produce it? Concept?
So I wrote the song "Whatever" at a time in my life when I was over everything. Like everything! I wanted war with anybody that had a problem with me, and I didn't care about anything if it did not serve me. It was a pivotal moment and a pivotal song for my career. It felt like I had taken a deep breath and settled in to who I was. The song is produced by Shawn Ferrari.
You have a new project; Trench B*tch Vol.2, hitting all streaming platforms Oct. 24th, tell us about it?
TBV2 is special to me. It drops on my mama's birthday, which is a weird coincidence because I don't think my distributor knew her bday. But TBV2 is like an extension of "Whatever". You get to learn more about past, present and future me. This specific album was pivotal for my career because I finally learned who I was to music, settled in, & got cozy. I knew I wasn't ever leaving the game.
What do you have planned for the rest of the year?
My next album in line to drop is "Mean Girlz" produced by Frozen Productions. DJ Kmean outta St. Louis is actually hosting it. It's dropping this winter. I was also just nominated for a second time as Iowa's Best Female Rapper in the Iowa Music Awards. The award ceremony is this November.

Twitter: @hoesnskittle Send Blog · Share on Facebook · Bookmark on Delicious Who is Tarcea Renee:Tarcea Renee is a recording artist, producer, and engineer born and raised in St. Louis. I grew up on the North Side of St. Louis in Walnut Park. For the majority of my career, my music was heavily influenced by the streets and Hip-Hop artists I looked up to. By 2010, I was saved and took a short break from music to start learning more about God for myself. By 2011, I was back to it, but many people in the church felt like I was ''too urban'', and some in the hood thought I was too ''churchy'' for them to still rock with. I would say I''m more of a bridge between the streets and the church. I use music to bring real-life experiences and faith together. --What life was like growing up in St. Louis:Growing up in Walnut Park and running through Pagedale as well, I was surrounded by both the raw realities of the streets and the deep-rooted culture of Hip-Hop and some of the realities we experienced living in impoverished communities with a lack of access to certain resources. The city was rough, but it shaped my resilience and creativity. Music was always a part of my world, whether it was hearing beats in the neighborhood or writing my own lyrics to help me process life as I seen it. St. Louis is a place where you have to learn how to be strong, and that''s reflected in the way I move in the industry today.--The spark that made me want to make music/records:While growing up, I listened to so much music everywhere I went! Whether I was home, away from home, with my parents or by myself, I stayed listening to artists like 2Pac, Biggie, Three 6 Mafia, and Lil'' Wayne. Eventually, I started to write my own lyrics because I just felt like I could do it myself as a hobby. The hobby had grown into a passion so much that I began to produce beats for myself on FL Studio 5. With me naturally not being much of a talker, it was the best way for me to express what I seen and felt growing up. Hip-hop in the ''90s and early 2000s had a major influence on me, and I wanted to tell my own story through music.--Explain your style and sound:My sound is a blend of street energy and spiritual depth-Midwest Hip-Hop with an authentic message. It''s real and rooted in truth. Think of a mix between gritty storytelling and uplifting inspiration. Sonically, I love heavy 808s and beats that hit hard while still allowing room for lyrics.--About my single, inspiration, and who produced it:The Gift 2.0 is all about real freedom-the kind that doesn''t come from trying to act perfect as someone who believes in God but from knowing that only God can be perfect and that Jesus paid for our freedom on the cross. So we don''t have to work or depend on ourselves to prove ourselves to God or try to make ourselves seem good enough for God. If we believe in God, we can rest in knowing that God didn''t give up on us, we can truly live in the fact that our sins are forgiven and now we can move different, live free, and walk in that truth every day. The Producer name is Til December. --My favorite cartoon growing up:Rocket Power was definitely my favorite cartoon growing up. I loved how they had a tight crew that always supported each other-I never really thought about it but that''s kind of how I moved as a teenager and now as an adult.--Outside of music, what do I do for fun:When I''m not working on music, I''m usually spending time with family for fun and there''s a certain joy I get from helping other artists grow as well.--Any mixtape or EP/album coming soon?Definitely! I''m working on a collection of songs that I really can''t speak on at the moment but I will post about it as soon as we start moving the songs publicly.--Social Media:You can find me on all social media and music outlets at @TarceaRenee or visit my website TarceaRenee.com for more music and updates Send Blog · Share on Facebook · Bookmark on Delicious | Posted by dabeat1037 | Wed, February 12, 2025 at 9:29 PM |
Could you tell the 103.7 Da Beat fans a little about you? - Well i've been writing and singing songs for almost 11 years. I'm one of 8 kids and i'm smack dab in the middle so, for me, music always felt like the place I could be heard. There's nothing like growing up in a mix of so many completely different personalities and being able to draw inspiration not only from yourself but what you see the ones you love experience as well. Even how they choose to deal with that experience can inspire emotions in you that you've maybe never even felt for yourself.
Who or what influenced you to sing? - I cannot lie when I answer this question even though I think it makes me sound a little bit crazy. One of my earliest memories in life is being about 4 years old and riding in the car with my dad listening to music. He always played music that had true soul and meaning and one day in particular I remember sitting in the back seat, alone for once, listening to the stereo and thinking... that's gonna be me one day. I've always wanted to be the kind of person who can inspire others to feel strongly.
Your single "For Real", can you tell us a little about the song? Motivation for it? Who Produced it? - For Real feels like one of my greatest accomplishments as a songwriter. Even while writing this song I could tell it was years in the making. I think everyone experiences deceit or betrayal in one way or another which causes us to struggle with the reality of our relationships. This song felt like making a breakthrough, acknowledging that when someone disappoints you enough times, that's who they are for real. Being able to recognize you gain strength in confronting the truth is what i want people to take from this track. This track was produced by Rob "Saint" Calloway
When your not working on music what do you like to do? - I honestly probably have too many past times but I love anything that involves some kind of artistry. I love the layers of meanings and truths in music, art, reading and writing.
Favorite cartoon growing up? - Picking a favorite cartoon is definitely hard for me but if we're talking about the ones that I would sit through tv commercials to watch then I'd say Teen Titans or Code name kids next door.
Three artists you would like to work with? - If i got the chance to work with any 3 artists I would want all of them to be people I could truly learn from in every aspect of being an artist. I would have to say for me that would be Jh ne Aiko, Kendrick Lamar, and Ella Mai. Any chance to be in the room with a true artist is a chance to grow.

Tell the people a little about where you're from I'm originally from Chicago, but I wasn't there long. OGs moved us out to Indianapolis, and have been on the east side ever since. Growing up I was really the only Mexican around haha ?? definitely saw the Latin community grow here, and QUICK.
You've been going in all 2024; you've dropped 3 Ep. projects, tell us about them I haven't been doing music long, but when I started I was using a different stage name, but when my sound changed I wanted to basically start over, kept the 'FarEastbaby' and it's been GO mode ever since. My first project this yr i titled "The Hardest Migo Eva" (I was at a show one time & someone in the crowd had yelled 'you hard Migo' and ran with it...now I'm just stamping that I'm the HARDEST!) With that project I really wanted to send a message, I'm the hardest..most consistent...migo there is, and a presentation....this is FarEastBaby! The 2nd project was "Migo Talk" . With this project I wanted to let everyone know what a Migo is...and how we're steppin! Only one feature on that tape, shout out the home team & my dawg OsoKing Mezzy! And my latest project, "Head Migo In Charge" or "HMIC" i was emphasizing again im the HARDEST Migo to do it...and i'm not slowing down anytime soon!!
What made you want to get into Hip Hop music I've always loved HipHop, but when I heard Dolph for the first time that's what made me want to get into the booth myself. Dolph was different man...not talking about sliding on opps or 762s, but motivated us to get some MFN MONEY! I wanna do that...i wanna motivate people to elevate.
Tell us about your single "Do It Again" "Do It Again" is honestly one of my favorite tracks i've made! The producer (NoyziBeats), shout out to him, sent me the beat while I was at the studio, and the first bar I came up with was the first line to the hook..."Run it up...Do it again. You eva go broke...run it again" I felt a lot of us could relate to that! And it's an example of real life situations how you can be on top of the world one minute...and hit rock bottom the next! it's all about how you bounce back! you either fold under pressure or you run it back!
What do you have coming up; shows, projects, etc I might drop another short project this year for the fall winter. Not 100% sure yet, but i'm definitely in album mode! My first album will be dropping next yr NO DOUBT! Debating on dropping singles until 2025 or dropping my 4th project this yr and keep it short & sweet. Guess you'll have to stay tuned and see.
