Diddy is under scrutiny again as Los Angeles authorities weigh possible criminal charges tied to disturbing sexual assault accusations made by music producer Jonathan Hay, who claims the Hip-Hop mogul forced him into a sexual act during a 2021 meeting in California.

According to a police report obtained by the New York Post, Hay recounted the alleged incident to officers in Florida this past September.

The report echoes the claims in his July civil lawsuit, where he accused Diddy of forcing him to perform oral sex after being restrained by two unidentified men at a private residence.

The alleged assault took place during a business meeting with CJ Wallace, son of the late Notorious B.I.G., and entrepreneur Willie Mack.

Hay told police the confrontation happened after he disclosed a prior incident involving Notorious B.I.G., where he claims Diddy masturbated on one of the rapper's shirts in February 2020 and threw it at him while saying, "Rest in peace BIG."

That moment, Hay said, created a rift between him and Wallace when he revealed it to him later that year.

"These two dudes come over and they put this, like COVID masks, like the full face that people would wear. I could still see, like, the floor and stuff under my eyes," Hay said during an interview with RealLyfe Productions. "They push me back into this room and there's this ottoman. I fall in the back of the chair and then, you know, Diddy's comes in. I could see his feet, and I'm trying to look up through these little cracks, and he's, like, 'you know, you don't deserve Biggie Smalls. You don't deserve to be with the Biggie Estate...and next thing you know, Diddy is putting his dick in my mouth."

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has not confirmed whether an investigation is active; however, Largo police in Florida have verified the legitimacy of Hay's report.

Hay also told officers he has struggled with mental health issues since the alleged assaults and has not communicated with anyone involved in the project since March 2021.

Diddy's legal team has denied the claims in the civil suit. The 55-year-old, born Sean Combs, is currently serving a four-year sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after being convicted in July on two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution.

He was acquitted of more serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering.

The disgraced Bad Boy Records founder was transferred to the federal facility on Thursday after spending nearly two months at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn following his September 2024 arrest.

A$AP Rocky stirred up more marriage rumors with Rihanna after referring to himself as a "loving husband" in a new interview, where he opened up about fatherhood and family life.

In a feature for Perfect Magazine, the Harlem-born rapper reflected on his home life with Rihanna and their three children. When asked what brings him the most joy, Rocky didn't hesitate.

"Being a father and a partner and a loving husband in my family is what makes me really, really happy," he said.

He added, "That's what honestly does get me going: being able to express myself creatively, being able to be a family man and being able to be an artisan."

The 37-year-old artist shares sons RZA, 3, and Riot, 2, with Rihanna, and the couple welcomed their daughter, Rocki Irish, in September.

Rocky has been fueling speculation about their marital status for over a year. In a 2023 performance at the Cannes Lions festival, he gave a shoutout to his "beautiful wife" onstage.

Last month, he doubled down on the mystery during a chat with Elle, saying, "How you know I'm not already a husband?" before adding, "I'm still not gonna confirm it."

The Hip-Hop star has consistently emphasized how much his family means to him. In a September interview with GQ, he made it clear that Rihanna and the kids are his top priority.

"I got nothing but love to give to these little ones. And as you can see, that's what occupies a lot of my heart capacity, is my family," he said.

The couple has not publicly confirmed a wedding date or legal status, but Rocky's repeated references to Rihanna as his wife have only intensified speculation.

Their daughter, Rocki Irish, was born in September 2023.

Kim Kardashian stirred up controversy and cosmic disbelief on national television after claiming the 1969 Apollo 11 moon landing was staged, prompting a swift and pointed reply from NASA.

During a recent episode of The Kardashians, the 45-year-old reality mogul doubled down on her skepticism while chatting with actress Sarah Paulson, insisting the historic spacewalk was fabricated.

"I'm sending you, so far, a million articles with both Buzz Aldrin and... the other one," Kardashian said, referring to astronauts Aldrin and Neil Armstrong.

She went on to cite a questionable quote allegedly from Aldrin: "This girl says, 'What was the scariest moment?' And (Aldrin) goes, 'There was no scary moment, cause it didn't happen. It could've been scary, but it wasn't, cause it didn't happen.'" Kardashian then added, "So I think it didn't happen," suggesting Aldrin had "gotten old" and was now revealing the supposed truth.

The remarks didn't sit well with the space agency.

Yes, @KimKardashian, we've been to the Moon before... 6 times!

And even better: @NASAArtemis is going back under the leadership of @POTUS.

We won the last space race and we will win this one too

: Hulu pic.twitter.com/CkexEEPFSv
— NASA Acting Administrator Sean Duffy (@SecDuffyNASA) October 30, 2025

NASA Acting Administrator Sean Duffy fired back on X, formerly Twitter, just hours after the episode aired. "Yes, @kimkardashian , we've been to the Moon before... 6 times!" he posted.

Duffy also used the moment to highlight the agency's future plans, writing, "And even better: @nasaartemis is going back under the leadership of @potus . We won the last space race and we will win this one too."

NASA's Artemis program is currently gearing up for a return to the lunar surface, with the first crewed mission scheduled for 2025, according to NASA.

The original moon landing in 1969-watched by millions across the globe-has long been a target for conspiracy theories, but it remains one of the most documented and verified achievements in human history.

Aldrin, now 95, has previously spoken out against such claims, calling them "misguided" and "disrespectful."

Alicia Andrews took the witness stand this week in a Tampa courtroom with a sharp tone and little emotion as prosecutors accused her of helping orchestrate the ambush killing of Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio during a violent feud between rival Hip-Hop crews.

The 25-year-old is the first of five defendants to go on trial for the June 23, 2024, shooting that left Foolio - born Charles Jones - dead outside a Holiday Inn.

Prosecutors claim Andrews acted as a lookout, tracking the rapper's movements before masked gunmen opened fire with modified rifles.

"Andrews conducted surveillance because her boyfriend had 'beef' with the victim," Tampa Police Detective Juan Ramos testified, linking the killing to a long-running gang dispute in Jacksonville.

Investigators say the murder was part of a brutal turf war between Foolio's 6 Block and the opposing ATK and 1200 gangs.

Andrews' boyfriend, Isaiah Chance, is allegedly affiliated with ATK, along with three other co-defendants, Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy, who are awaiting separate trials.

Detective Ramos told jurors that phone data, surveillance footage and license plate readers placed Andrews at the murder scene.

"Phone records, video surveillance and license plate readers show Andrews at the murder scene," he said.

According to prosecutors, Andrews booked a Tampa Airbnb through Instagram and was captured on doorbell video entering the property. Cell tower data also placed her near several locations where the group allegedly scouted Foolio before the attack.

FDLE firearms analyst Amara Drew testified that "all three cartridge cases were fired from the same firearm," referring to a Glock pistol used in the shooting that killed Foolio and injured two others.

Despite the digital trail, Andrews' defense maintains she had no idea a murder was planned. Her attorneys argued she believed she was on a romantic trip with Chance and had no role in the deadly plot.

During cross-examination, Ramos admitted there is no direct evidence that Andrews knew about a plan to kill Foolio.

She was not present when weapons were packed and did not visit co-defendant Gathright's home, where prosecutors say the group prepared for the hit.

Andrews had minimal contact with the other defendants, aside from Chance, and was not seen with any firearms. She spent time at the Airbnb posting about food and jewelry while the others went to Teasers nightclub.

There were no text messages, phone calls or digital communication linking her to the murder plan in the days or weeks before the killing. Initial claims that she let the group into the Airbnb were later disproven by digital lock logs, which showed someone else entered first.

When police confronted Andrews with first-degree murder charges, she did not confess and denied knowing Foolio.

"She denied knowing victim Julio Foolio when shown his photograph," Ramos testified.

Digital evidence showed Chance used Cash App to pay $361.16 for the Tampa Airbnb at 3:54 A.M. on June 22, 2024, just hours before the ambush. The case has pulled back the curtain on Jacksonville's drill rap scene, where music and social media serve as platforms for gang rivalries and violence.

Foolio, a prominent figure in 6 Block, had been involved in a years-long feud with ATK and 1200, groups known for using lyrics and videos to provoke enemies.

If convicted, Andrews faces life in prison on charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy. The trial is scheduled to continue this week in Hillsborough County Circuit Court.

Cardi B left fans both horrified and entertained after confessing she hasn't washed her hair in three months during a recent Instagram Live session.

The "Bodak Yellow" rapper took to social media wearing what appeared to be a wig cap to make the graphic admission that has since gone viral across platforms.

"I haven't washed my s### in like two months," she told fans in the clip that was later reshared to X. "Matter of fact I'm lying, probably like three months, I don't f###### know."

The Bronx native didn't stop there with her colorful description of her hair situation.

"I probably got all types of roach eggs, mosquito eggs, everything in this b#### right here," she said while pointing to her head.

Elsewhere in the video, the 33-year-old rapper shared her plans for her hair care moving forward.

"I gotta oil down my scalp because tomorrow I'm going to do my real hair," she revealed. "I'm going to wash it, and then around Wednesday I'm going to braid it."

Ironically, Cardi B had previously criticized celebrities for poor hygiene habits, tweeting in 2021: "Wassup with people saying they don't shower? It's giving itchy."

Social media users had mixed reactions to the admission. Some were disgusted, while others questioned the authenticity of her claims.

The pregnant songstress, who is currently expecting her fourth child and first with NFL star Stefon Diggs, recently faced another controversy when body shamers targeted her appearance in a viral video.

During her "Am I the Drama" press run, Cardi B was filmed smiling and glowing in a body-hugging romper. Instead of celebrating the moment, critics used it as an opportunity to attack her pregnant figure.

One user reposted the video with the shady caption "Can we please tell her the truth?" which opened floodgates for body-shaming comments. The Grammy-winning artist fired back with her signature no-nonsense approach.

"You don't gotta tell me the truth...I gained 27 pounds, third trimester, hips and ass spread it," she responded directly to the criticism.

She questioned whether people expected her to hide in sweats until giving birth, calling out the pattern of criticism during pregnancy, followed by praise after she "snaps back."

The "WAP" rapper concluded her clapback with a clear message: "LET ME EAT CAKE IN PEACE!!!"

Sean "Diddy" Combs arrived at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey on Thursday (October 30) to begin serving a 50-month sentence for federal sex-related crimes tied to the Mann Act.

The 55-year-old Hip-Hop mogul was convicted in July on two counts of transporting individuals to engage in prostitution. He was sentenced in October to four years and two months in federal prison.

His legal team had requested placement at Fort Dix, citing access to rehabilitation programs and family visitation.

"Sean's appeal will challenge the unfair use of the Mann Act, an infamous statute with a sordid history, to prosecute him for sex with consenting adults," defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro said.

The Mann Act, passed in 1910, has been used in several high-profile cases, including those involving R. Kelly and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Diddy was acquitted of more severe racketeering and sex trafficking charges that could have led to a life sentence. Prosecutors had pushed for a sentence of 135 months, calling him "unrepentant" in court filings.

Diddy has been in custody since his September 16, 2024, arrest at a Manhattan hotel. Before his transfer, he was held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, where his attorneys described the conditions as "inhumane."

They claimed he was kept on "constant suicide watch," had limited access to clean water, was served food containing maggots and was denied regular physical activity.

Diddy Allegedly Threatened By MDC Inmate Before Fort Dix Transfer

In October 2025, Diddy was reportedly threatened by another inmate who held a homemade blade to his throat while he slept. According to longtime friend Charlucci Finney, the incident was meant to intimidate rather than injure.

On October 6, attorney Teny Geragos submitted a formal request for Diddy to serve his sentence at Fort Dix, noting the facility's Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP) and its proximity to family.

The letter stated Diddy would be able to "address drug abuse issues" and "maximize family visitation and rehabilitative efforts."

In addition to prison time, Diddy was ordered to pay a $500,000 fine and will be under supervised release for five years after his sentence. His projected release date is May 8, 2028; however, this could be shortened with good behavior and program completion.

His legal team is pushing for a fast-tracked appeal, with oral arguments expected in April.

They argue the Mann Act was misapplied in Diddy's case and that he had no financial incentive to transport male escorts.

MF DOOM, his legacy and love for New York are taking center court this Halloween as his estate teams up with the New York Knicks for a massive tribute capsule marking the fifth anniversary of his death.

The late rapper's estate has partnered with Mitchell & Ness, New Era and Rhymesayers Entertainment to unveil the most expansive DOOMSDAY collection to date, launching October 31, 2025, exclusively on GASDRAWLS.COM.

The capsule honors MF DOOM's deep ties to the Knicks and his unmistakable style, blending sportswear with his signature masked mystique.

"DOOM's love for New York ran deep, and the Knicks were part of that story," the estate said in a statement. "He was often spotted rocking their colors, and those iconic #33 jerseys, on stage and off. This collaboration with Mitchell & Ness and the Knicks is our way of celebrating DOOM's New York roots and the team he proudly supported."

View this post on Instagram A post shared by MF DOOM. ALL CAPS. (@mfdoom)

Mitchell & Ness is delivering a full lineup of apparel, including an official Knicks jersey, matching shorts and a complete warm-up set. New Era complements the drop with graphic tees, hoodies and fitted caps that merge the Knicks' orange and blue with DOOM's signature aesthetic.

Rhymesayers is adding accessories, including rally towels, water bottles, keychains, and snapbacks. The capsule also includes a limited Super 7 ReAction Figure, staying true to the collectible tradition that surrounds DOOM's posthumous releases.

The collaboration arrives during a busy period for the MF DOOM Estate, which has been actively defending the rapper's intellectual property.

Earlier this year, the estate filed a lawsuit against Chinese e-commerce platform Temu for allegedly selling unauthorized merchandise bearing DOOM's likeness.

MF DOOM, who passed away on October 31, 2020, was often seen wearing Knicks gear, particularly the team's #33 jersey, a nod to his New York roots and admiration for the franchise.

The timing of the DOOMSDAY 2025 release aligns with the fifth anniversary of his passing.

The whole collection will be available only through GASDRAWLS.COM starting October 31.

Laila Ali Delivers Final Blow To Claressa Shields In Years-Long Boxing Feud

Laila Ali shut down a $15 million comeback offer and torched her long-running feud with Claressa Shields in a blistering takedown on her podcast.

The retired boxing champ and daughter of Muhammad Ali made her stance crystal clear during an episode of her new show "Laila Ali KO" Thursday (October 30), declaring there's no chance she'll ever face Claressa Shields in the ring - or anywhere else.

"Absolutely not," Laila Ali said when asked if Shields' public pressure campaign had worked. "After years of blatant lies and vile disrespect, making unsolicited negative remarks about me, questioning the legitimacy of my boxing legacy, and having the audacity to cross the line by disrespecting my deceased father, trying to use his name to discredit his daughter."

Ali, 47, accused Shields of going too far by invoking the late Muhammad Ali's name in their dispute, and said the disrespect was beyond repair. "She will not be rewarded with the opportunity to share the ring with me or anything else," she added.

Laila Ali confirms she will NOT be getting in the ring and 'rewarding' Claressa Shields with a fight, that'll give her her biggest payday, due to years of disrespect, spreading false narratives, and mentioning her father, Muhammad Ali https://t.co/Gy2pLUH0LL pic.twitter.com/i6qbWOkjtS
— Glock Topickz (@Glock_Topickz) October 30, 2025

The tension between the two champions has simmered for years, but it reached a boiling point after Shields publicly criticized Ali's past remarks and questioned her authenticity as the daughter of the boxing icon.

"To me, it doesn't seem like you're proud to be who you are," Shields said. "Or to be the daughter of the Great Muhammad Ali.

Ali, who retired undefeated after an eight-year career that ran from 1999 to 2007, also took a jab at Shields' punching power, saying she can't "bust a grape." She added, "It's actually hilarious to hear her talk about knocking me out."

Shields, who boasts Olympic gold medals and undisputed titles in three weight classes, has been lobbying hard for a mega-fight with Ali.

The proposed bout, reportedly backed by a $15 million offer held in escrow, would've been one of the most lucrative events in women's boxing.

But Ali said their relationship soured after what she described as repeated personal attacks. What began as mutual respect turned into open hostility, especially after Shields' comments about Ali's stance on social issues.

Shields responded to Ali's podcast with an angry message of her own. "Another long ass video and still no answer to if she going to take her ass whoopin. Man S### LAILA," she tweeted Thursday (October 30). "I can't take it no more. I'm not making another video. It's clear you are scared, old & bitter!"

Sean "Diddy" Combs was officially served with an amended civil lawsuit, as fashion designer Bryana Bongolan pushes forward with claims he assaulted her during a 2016 incident involving a 17th-floor balcony and alleged physical violence.

The revised complaint, filed October 14, was hand-delivered to the Metropolitan Detention Center, where the 55-year-old Hip-Hop mogul was being held on federal charges.

Bongolan's attorney, James Nikraftar, confirmed the delivery during a Los Angeles court hearing on Thursday (October 30).

"The process server has given [the documents] to the jail. We just have to get confirmation that he's gotten it, but we think he has them," Nikraftar told Judge Mark H. Epstein.

The lawsuit centers on disturbing allegations that Diddy groped Bongolan and then dangled her over the balcony of Cassie Ventura's high-rise apartment in September 2016.

Bongolan, a longtime friend of Ventura, claims the incident ended with her being thrown into patio furniture, leaving her with physical injuries and lasting psychological trauma.

"I have night terrors and paranoia and scream in my sleep," Bongolan testified during Diddy's criminal trial earlier this year.

The updated filing now includes text messages between Ventura and Diddy's former chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, dated September 30, 2016. In the messages, Ventura described the alleged attack: "He came into my house while my friends were here, and we were all sleeping. They woke me up. He was ringing the bell crazy at 3 a m. And when he came in, I went to my room, and he went to Bana and choked her, then dangled her feet off of the balcony."

Diddy's defense team had earlier challenged the timeline, presenting hotel receipts and performance records showing he was in New York and New Jersey from September 24 to 29, including a concert in Newark.

In response, Bongolan's legal team adjusted the date of the alleged assault to "in or about September 2016" rather than a specific day.

The lawsuit also names several corporate entities connected to Diddy, including Bad Boy Records.

Judge Epstein scheduled a follow-up hearing for January 22 and emphasized the importance of ensuring all parties are appropriately served. "Let's see if we can make sure that everyone is served and responded by that time so we can start setting dates," he said. "My suspicion is that by the time of trial, Mr. Combs will no longer be in jail. It's just taking that long."

Diddy was sentenced on October 3 to four years and two months in prison after being convicted on two felony counts related to prostitution. He was recently transferred from the Brooklyn facility to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. His legal team is now working to fast-track his appeal, arguing that he may complete his sentence before the appeal is even heard.

Combs' attorneys have not responded to the latest filing. However, in November 2023, his representatives issued a statement denying Bongolan's accusations: "Anyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence they may or may not have. Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless."

The case is one of several legal battles Diddy is currently facing. Many were paused during his criminal trial but are now moving forward following his conviction and incarceration.

Offset is facing a $2.3 million tax nightmare just as his divorce from Cardi B continues to unravel in court and across headlines.

According to filings obtained by Us Weekly, the Atlanta rapper was hit with a fresh lien from the Internal Revenue Service on October 15, tacking on $486,426.35 for unpaid 2023 taxes.

That brings his total tax debt to a staggering $2,353,692. Separate documents show the IRS and the Georgia Department of Revenue are chasing him for unpaid balances dating back several years.

The Georgia Department of Revenue filed its own lien on March 12, claiming Offset failed to pay his 2021 state income taxes.

Offset Files For Spousal Support

Combined, the federal and state debts paint a troubling financial picture for the 33-year-old artist, who's already navigating a high-profile split from Cardi B.

While Cardi isn't listed in the tax documents, the timing couldn't be worse. The couple, who married in 2017 and share three children-Kulture, Wave and Blossom-have been living apart since Cardi filed for divorce earlier this year.

Offset has reportedly filed for spousal support and joint custody, asking that Cardi's home be designated the children's primary residence.

During a September Twitter Spaces chat, Cardi accused Offset of trying to financially drain her during the divorce.

"The only way I can get out of my marriage if I pay for somebody else's taxes, even though I pay for my own, and give them one of my properties. I'm not, I'm fighting for that," she said.

Although unconfirmed, rumors surfaced earlier this month suggesting that Cardi may have agreed to a multimillion-dollar settlement, which would give Offset a 70/30 asset split in his favor. Neither party has addressed the rumored deal publicly.

Meanwhile, Offset surprise-dropped his new solo album Haunted By Fame on Halloween (October 31). 11-track project with a dark, horror-inspired sound, features NBA YoungBoy, Lil Dump, and NoCap.
