Burdens are defined as something that is carried, something that is emotionally difficult to bear, a responsibility or duty. Everybody has burdens. If you are feeling tired and weary, now might be the time to evaluate what is weighing you down. There are many burdens you can get rid of today. Burdens that you'll easily be able to do without.
Let's start by abandoning any resentments that you carry. Each resentment costs an enormous amount of time and energy, and provides absolutely nothing of value in return.
Then check your anxiety. Choose to walk away from your anxiety. All the anxiety in the world cannot add a single positive moment to your life.
Next decide to let go of the need to prove that you're always right. Instead, use the time and energy to more effectively listen and understand.

Apostle Renee is a well experienced dancer, instructor, and choreographer. God has truly anointed Renee to express His spirit of deliverance and healing through dance. She is using her gift to teach others. Renee is founder of Praise Party School of Dance in Anchorage, AK and Chicago, IL. The Alaska school began in November 2002 and the Illinois school began in December 2005. In October 2006, Renee graduated with a Minister of Dance License from the Eagles International Training Institute, under the leadership of Dr. Pamela Hardy and became the Illinois Director. There's one thing not many people know about me. I don't watch very much TV, and when I say not very much, I really mean little to none. I only really watch sports, award shows here and there, and an occasional TV show when I find one I really like. The Boondocks since day one has been one of those shows THAT I REALLY LIKE! The mix of satire, cultural relevance, and the fact that the program has been on the forefront of predicting several social trends makes it the best show on television in the past 10 years for me.
If you've been in these ATL streets lately, you've probably seen one of the several Boondocks murals in promotion of the new season 4 which kicks off on April 21st @ 10:30. I heard sometime last year from a source at Cartoon Network that Boondocks would definitely be returning for a 4th season.
